Claims (4)
- 수계우레탄 25 ~ 35중량%, 티타늄 2 ~ 4중량%, 실리카 2 ~ 4중량%, 수계아크릴 15 ~ 25중량%, 리튬 5.5 ~ 7.5중량%, 세라믹 5 ~ 7중량%, 암모니아 2 ~ 6중량%, 멜라닌 4 ~ 8중량%, 물 10 ~ 20중량%, 소듐 5.5 ~ 7.5중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수계성분을 포함하고 독성이 없어 친환경적인 바인더 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물에는 수분에 대한 유, 무에 맞게 자연건조하거나 또는 건조기를 사용하거나 또는 압착기를 사용여 건조하되 건조기를 이용 시에는 온도 120 ~ 160도, 시간 3 ~ 5시간 건조된 커피찌꺼기를 상기 조성물 전체 100 중량부 대비 20 ~ 55 중량부 추가로 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수계성분을 포함하고 독성이 없어 친환경적인 바인더 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물에는 야자수의 코코넛 섬유를 80~130℃로 가열하여 코코넛 섬유의 수분 함유율이 5 ~ 16 중량%가 되도록 건조 시킨 후, 코코넛 장섬유 5 내지 25의 중량부가 추가로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수계성분을 포함하고 독성이 없어 친환경적인 바인더 조성물.
