도 2는 본 발명인 복합재료부품 접합 장치에 의해 제1 부품 및 제2 부품 간의 외부 이음이 이루어지는 것을 보여주는 예시도.
도 3 및 도 4는 복합재료부품 접합 장치에 의해 프리프레그 제조 및 피접합물에 대한 프리프레그 적층이 이루어지는 과정을 보여주는 예시도.

Claims (5)
- 관 형태를 이루도록 복합재료로 형성되어 횡방향으로 배치되는 제1 부품(1) 및 제2 부품(2)의 인접한 끝단부인 피접합물(3)의 외측을 둘러싸며, 피접합물(3)의 중심을 기준으로 회전됨에 따라 프리프레그(10)가 외측에 감기도록 하거나 감겨진 프리프레그(10)가 풀리도록 하는 회전모듈(100);
상기 회전모듈(100)과의 사이에 제조공간이 형성되도록 회전모듈(100)의 외측을 둘러싸는 고정모듈(200);
상기 회전모듈(100)의 내측으로 마련되어 회전모듈(100)과 함께 회전되면서 회전모듈(100) 내로 들어온 프리프레그(10)를 피접합물(3)의 외측에 적층할 수 있는 적층모듈(300);을 포함하되,
상기 고정모듈(200)의 외부에는 롤 형태를 이루는 강화섬유(20)가 마련되고,
상기 제조공간에는 일정 높이까지 결합제 용액(30)이 수용되어,
상기 회전모듈(100)이 일방향으로 회전됨에 따라, 강화섬유(20)가 풀리면서 제조공간 내의 결합제 용액(30)이 함침되어 프리프레그(10)가 형성되고 형성된 프리프레그(10)가 회전모듈(100)의 외측에 감기는 한편,
상기 프리프레그(10)가 일정량 형성되어 회전모듈(100)에 감긴 후, 상기 회전모듈(100)이 타방향으로 회전됨에 따라 회전모듈(100)의 외측에 감긴 프리프레그(10)가 풀리면서 적층모듈(300)에 의해 피접합물(3)에 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료부품 접합 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적층모듈(300)은, 피접합물(3) 및 피접합물(3)에 적층되는 프리프레그(10)와 맞닿으며 회전되는 적층롤러(310)와, 상기 적층롤러(310)에 대하여 피접합물(3)의 중심을 향해 탄성력을 작용하는 가압스프링(320)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료부품 접합 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 적층모듈(300)은, 피접합물(3)의 중심을 기준으로 복수 개가 방사상으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료부품 접합 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 적층모듈(300) 중 하나는, 프리프레그(10)의 끝단부를 고정할 수 있는 스토퍼(330)와, 프리프레그(10)를 절단할 수 있는 커팅구를 더 포함하여,
상기 회전모듈(100)은, 스토퍼(330)에 의해 프리프레그(10)의 끝단부가 고정된 상태에서 일방향 회전이 이루어지고, 스토퍼(330)에 의한 프리프레그(10)의 끝단부 고정이 해제된 상태에서 타방향 회전이 이루어지며,
상기 커팅구는, 피접합물(3)에 일정량의 프리프레그(10)가 적층되면 프리프레그(10)를 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료부품 접합 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회전모듈(100)은, 피접합물(3)에 적층된 프리프레그(10)를 열경화시키는 발열부재가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료부품 접합 장치.
