Claims (36)
- 사전 정의된 시간 내에 공급 혼합물의 적어도 0.5 중량% 농도의 칼륨 및/또는 나트륨 형태의 균질 촉매 및 공급 혼합물의 5 중량% 내지 40 중량% 농도의 액체 유기 화합물의 존재 하에 150 bar 초과 내지 400 bar의 압력 및 300℃ 내지 430℃의 온도에서 하나 이상의 탄소질 물질을 포함하는 공급 혼합물을 가공처리함으로써 전환된 공급 혼합물을 생성하는 단계;
전환된 공급 혼합물을 50℃ 내지 250℃ 범위의 온도 및 1 내지 150 bar 범위의 압력으로 각각 냉각 및 감압시키는 단계;
냉각된 및 감압된 전환된 공급 혼합물을
이산화탄소, 수소 및 메탄을 포함하는 기체 상,
오일 상 액체 유기 화합물을 포함하는 오일 상, 및
수성 상 액체 유기 화합물, 및 칼륨 및/또는 나트륨을 포함하는 용해된 균질 촉매를 포함하는 수성 상
으로 분리하는 단계;
상기 수성 상으로부터 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물, 및 칼륨 및/또는 나트륨을 포함하는 용해된 균질 촉매를 적어도 부분적으로 회수함으로써 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물, 및 칼륨 및/또는 나트륨을 포함하는 용해된 균질 촉매가 풍부한 제1 수성 상 스트림, 및 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물, 및 칼륨 및/또는 나트륨을 포함하는 용해된 균질 촉매가 고갈된 제2 수성 상 스트림을 생성하는 단계; 및
제1 수성 상 스트림을 공급 혼합물에 적어도 부분적으로 재순환시켜 공급 혼합물 중에 상기 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물 및 용해된 균질 촉매의 적어도 일부를 제공하는 단계
를 포함하며,
여기서 상기 적어도 부분적으로 재순환시키는 단계 전에 블리드 스트림을 상기 제1 수성 상 스트림으로부터 취출하고,

- 제1항에 있어서, 블리드 스트림을 상기 하나 이상의 이온 교환 단계로의 도입 전에 현탁된 입자를 제거하기 위해 여과하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 이온 교환 단계에서 처리되기 전의 블리드 스트림의 pH를 8 내지 14의 범위에서 유지하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급 혼합물 중의 액체 유기 화합물이 재순환된 오일 상 액체 유기 화합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전환된 공급 혼합물을 상기 분리 전에 10 내지 50 bar 범위의 압력으로 감압시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 상이 물보다 낮은 비점을 갖는 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물 및 물보다 높은 비점을 갖는 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물이 하기 군 중 하나 이상으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 것인 방법:
a. 케톤;
b. 알콜 및 폴리-알콜;
c. 페놀, 알킬화된 페놀, 폴리-페놀, 단량체 및 올리고머 페놀, 크레오졸, 티몰, 알콕시 페놀, p-쿠마릴 알콜, 코니페릴 알콜, 시나필 알콜, 플라베놀, 및 카테콜;
d. 카르복실산;
e. 푸란; 및
f. 알칸, 알켄, 톨루엔, 및 쿠멘. - 제13항에 있어서, 수성 상 중의 개개의 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물의 농도가 2.0 중량% 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물이 오일 상의 유화된 액적을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 상으로부터 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물 및 칼륨 및/또는 나트륨을 포함하는 용해된 균질 촉매를 적어도 부분적으로 회수하는 것이, 증발, 증류 및/또는 분별, 역삼투, 나노여과, 한외여과 및 투석증발 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 기술을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 수성 상으로부터 수성 상 액체 유기 화합물 및 칼륨 및/또는 나트륨을 포함하는 용해된 균질 촉매를 적어도 부분적으로 회수하는 것이 하나 이상의 증발 및/또는 증류 단계를 포함함으로써 제1 수성 상 스트림 및 제2 수성 상 스트림을 제공하고, 여기서 생성된 제2 수성 상 스트림의 양은, 전환된 공급 혼합물을 생성하는 고압 가공처리 시스템으로 도입되는 물의 양에 상응하는 것인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 수성 상을, 상기 하나 이상의 증발 및/또는 증류 단계로의 도입 전에 현탁된 고체 입자를 제거하기 위해 여과하는 것인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 증발 및/또는 증류 단계가 하나 이상의 플래시 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 수성 상의 pH를 알칼리 조건에서 유지하는 것인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 알칼리 조건에서의 상기 유지가 pH의 측정 및 수성 상에 수산화나트륨을 첨가하는 것에 의한 pH의 조정을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 증발 및/또는 증류 단계가 적어도 하나의 증발기를 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 증발 및/또는 증류 단계가 증발된 증기를 생성하고, 적어도 2개의 응축 단계에서 증발된 증기를 응축시키는 것을 추가로 포함하며, 여기서 적어도 2개의 응축 단계는 증발된 증기의 온도를 감소시키는 것인 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 증발된 증기가 상기 적어도 2개의 응축 단계 전에 데미스터 및/또는 코얼레서를 통과하는 것인 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 증발된 증기를 상기 적어도 2개의 응축 단계 전에 흡수기에서 흡수제와 접촉시키는 것인 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 흡수제가 알칼리 흡수제를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 흡수제가 수산화나트륨을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 기술이 증류를 포함하고, 상기 증류가, 스트리핑 및 정류 섹션이 각각 장착된 하나 이상의 증류 컬럼에서 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각된 및 감압된 전환된 공급 혼합물의 분리를 50℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 작업되는 제1 상 분리기에서 수행하고, 여기서 제1 상 분리기로부터의 오일 상을, 이를 하나 이상의 세척제와 혼합함으로써 추가로 정제하고, 오일 상을 50℃ 내지 250℃의 온도에서 작업되는 제2 상 분리기에서 하나 이상의 세척제로부터 분리하는 것인 방법.

- 제31항에 있어서, 분리가 제2 세척 단계를 추가로 포함하고, 여기서 제2 상 분리기로부터의 분리된 오일 상을 하나 이상의 추가의 세척제와 혼합하고, 제2 상 분리기와 하나 이상의 플래시 증류 단계 사이에 위치하는 제3 분리기에서 하나 이상의 추가의 세척제로부터 분리하는 것인 방법.
