Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 고온 열가소성 물질에 기반한 발포성, 발포제 함유 펠릿을 제조하는 방법으로서, 하기 단계:
a) ISO 11357-2-1999에 따른 유리 전이 온도가 180℃ 이상인 1종 이상의 폴리에테르술폰을 용융시키고, 이를 300℃ 내지 350℃ 범위의 온도에서 압출기에서 1종 이상의 핵형성제와 혼합하여 중합체 용융물을 제조하는 단계,
b) 상기 중합체 용융물에 발포제를 첨가하는 단계,
c) 발포제 함유 중합체 용융물을 180℃ 내지 250℃ 범위의 온도로 냉각시키는 단계,
d) 경우에 따라 기어 펌프를 사용하여 상기 중합체 용융물을 이송하는 단계,
e) 180℃ 내지 250℃ 범위의 온도에서 다공판을 통해 상기 발포제 함유 중합체 용융물을 이송하고, 75℃ 내지 99℃ 범위의 수온 및 10 내지 20 bar 범위의 압력에서 작동하는 수중 펠리타이저에서 상기 발포제 함유 중합체 용융물을 펠릿화하는 단계
를 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 발포제로서 아세톤, 이소부탄, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, 물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 핵형성제로서 활석, 이산화티타늄, 그래파이트, 카본 블랙 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체로서 상이한 평균 분자량 Mw를 갖는 폴리에테르술폰의 혼합물을 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 용융물을 기준으로 3 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 아세톤을 발포제로서 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 중합체 용융물을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 2.0 중량%의, 활석, 이산화티타늄, 그래파이트, 카본 블랙 또는 이들의 혼합물을 핵형성제로서 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 입자 폼 몰딩을 제조하는 방법으로서, 제1항 또는 제2항의 제조 방법에 따라 얻어진 발포성, 발포제 함유 펠릿을 예비발포시켜 DIN ISO 697:1982에 따른 충전 밀도가 10 내지 200 kg/m3 범위인 발포 폼 입자을 제공하고, 스팀, 고온 공기, IR 또는 전자기 방사선 또는 열간 프레싱을 이용하여 몰드에서 용접하는 것인 제조 방법.
