Claims (12)
- 열가소성 고분자 수지 내에 양자점을 포함하는 광변환층, 및
상기 광변환층 일면 또는 양면에 형성되는 보호층을 포함하고,
상기 보호층은 탄소유래 물질 또는 금속성 무기 물질 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 열가소성 고분자 수지는 PC(Polycarbonate)이고,
상기 양자점은 상기 열가소성 고분자 100 중량부 대비 표면처리된 CdSe+ZnS Green 양자점(QD) 0.6 중량부이고 표면처리된 CdSe+ZnS Red 양자점(QD) 0.1 중량부인 것이고,
상기 보호층은 탄소유래 물질과 금속성 무기 물질의 복합체이고 상기 탄소유래 물질과 금속성 무기 물질은 중량비로 1 : 1 내지 10인 것인, 광변환 용품.

상기 열가소성 고분자 수지는 유리섬유(Glass Fiber), 카본섬유 (Carbon Fiber), 무기 필러를 더 포함하는 것인 광변환 용품.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 고분자 수지는 광변환층 형성 후의 광 투과도가 90% 이상인 광변환 용품.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 양자점은 Si 나노결정, II-VI족, III-V족, IV-VI족, IV족 반도체, 그래핀 양자점 및 이들의 혼합물 입자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하고, 상기 양자점은 평균 입경(d50)이 20 nm 내지 200 nm인 광변환 용품.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소유래 물질은 그래핀, 산화 그래핀, 탄소나노튜브로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 광변환 용품.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속성 무기 물질은 SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, Ta2O5, ZrO2, HfO2, Nb2O5, Si3N4, 및 MgF2로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 광변환 용품.
- 양자점을 제1 열가소성 고분자 수지에 분산시키고, 양자점이 분산된 제1 열가소성 고분자 수지를 수지를 용융 및 혼합한 후 광변환층을 형성하는 단계, 및
상기 광변환층 일면 또는 양면에 보호층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 보호층은 탄소유래 물질 또는 금속성 무기 물질 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 제1 열가소성 고분자 수지는 PC(Polycarbonate)이고,
상기 양자점은 상기 제1 열가소성 고분자 100 중량부 대비 표면처리된 CdSe+ZnS Green 양자점(QD) 0.6 중량부이고 표면처리된 CdSe+ZnS Red 양자점(QD) 0.1 중량부인 것이고,
상기 보호층은 탄소유래 물질과 금속성 무기 물질의 복합체이고 상기 탄소유래 물질과 금속성 무기 물질은 중량비로 1 : 1 내지 10인 것인, 광변환 용품의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 광변환층을 형성하는 단계는,
양자점이 분산된 제1 열가소성 고분자 수지를 성형기를 이용하여 펠릿(pellet)으로 성형한 후,
상기 성형기와 동일 또는 상이한 성형기를 이용하여 평면 또는 곡면 형상의 광변환층을 형성하는 것인 광변환 용품의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 광변환층을 형성하는 단계는,
양자점이 분산된 제1 열가소성 고분자 수지를 성형기를 이용하여 펠릿(pellet)으로 성형하고, 용융 온도 이상으로 가열된 제2 열가소성 고분자 수지 내에 상기 성형된 펠릿(pellet)을 투입하여 용융 및 혼합한 후,

- 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 제1 열가소성 고분자 수지 및 제2 열가소성 고분자 수지는 동일 또는 상이한 것인 광변환 용품의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 보호층을 형성하는 단계는, 탄소유래 물질 또는 금속성 무기 물질 중 적어도 어느 하나를 상기 보호층의 일면 또는 양면에 코팅, 증착 또는 라미네이트 하는 것인 광변환 용품의 제조방법.
