Claims (9)
- 아이소뷰틸렌, tert-뷰틸 알코올 및 메틸-tert-뷰틸 에터로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 화합물로부터 메타크롤레인 및/또는 메타크릴산을 제조하는 촉매 성형체로서,
상기 촉매 성형체가 촉매 성형체의 밀도(g/cm3)를 X, 촉매 성형체의 충전 벌크 밀도(g/cm3)를 Y, 촉매 성형체의 대표 길이(cm)를 Z로 하는 경우, 하기 식(1) 및 (2)를 만족시키고:
0.700(g/cm3)2≤(X×Y)≤1.200(g/cm3)2···식(1)
0.050g/cm2≤(X×Z)≤0.130g/cm2···식(2),
상기 촉매 성형체가 하기 식(A)로 표시되는 조성을 가지며:
MoaBibFecMdXeYfZgSihOi (A)
(식(A) 중, Mo, Bi, Fe, Si 및 O는, 각각 몰리브데넘, 비스무트, 철, 규소 및 산소를 나타낸다. M은 코발트 및 니켈로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타낸다. X는 크로뮴, 납, 망가니즈, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 나이오븀, 은, 바륨, 주석, 탄탈럼 및 아연으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타낸다. Y는 인, 붕소, 황, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 세륨, 텅스텐, 안티모니 및 타이타늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타낸다. Z는 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘 및 탈륨으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타낸다. a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h 및 i는, 각 원소의 원자 비율을 나타내고, a=12일 때, b=0.01~3, c=0.01~5, d=1~12, e=0~8, f=0~5, g=0.001~2, h=0~20이며, i는 상기 각 성분의 원자가를 만족하는 데 필요한 산소 원자 비율이다.),
단, 상기 촉매 성형체의 대표 길이 Z는 하기 식에 의해 산출되는 값인, 촉매 성형체:
촉매 성형체의 대표 길이 Z(cm) = 촉매 성형체의 체적(cm3) ÷ 촉매 성형체의 외표면적(cm2). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 X가, 1.300g/cm3 이상 1.800g/cm3 이하인, 촉매 성형체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 Y가, 0.500g/cm3 이상 0.800g/cm3 이하인, 촉매 성형체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 Z가, 0.030cm 이상 0.100cm 이하인, 촉매 성형체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 촉매 성형체의 존재하에서, 아이소뷰틸렌, tert-뷰틸 알코올 및 메틸-tert-뷰틸 에터로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 화합물을, 분자상 산소에 의해 기상 접촉 산화하는, 메타크롤레인 및/또는 메타크릴산의 제조 방법.
