도 2는 일 실시예에 관한 에어로졸 생성 물질을 보유하는 교체 가능한 카트리지와 이를 구비한 에어로졸 생성 장치의 결합 관계를 개략적으로 도시한 분리 사시도이다.

Claims (15)
- 시스템 인 패키지(system-in-package, SIP)에 있어서,
마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛(micro controller unit, MCU);
센서 모듈;
가열 IC(integrated circuit), 메모리, 충전 IC, 통신 모듈 중 적어도 하나; 및
상기 패키지의 외부의 적어도 일부를 감싸는 몰딩부를 포함하고,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은 상기 센서 모듈을 통해 상기 몰딩부의 적어도 일부에 유입되는 이물을 감지하는, 시스템 인 패키지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은
상기 패키지와 인접하게 배치된 히터 조립체에 궐련이 삽입된 경우 상기 히터 조립체의 가열 동작을 수행하고,
상기 센서 모듈에 의해 상기 패키지의 몰딩부의 적어도 일부에 이물이 감지되는 경우 상기 히터 조립체의 가열 동작을 중단하고, 상기 몰딩부의 적어도 일부에 이물이 존재하지 않을 때까지 대기한 후 상기 히터 조립체를 이용한 가열 동작을 수행하도록 설정된 시스템 인 패키지. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은
상기 센서 모듈에 의해 감지되는 이물의 양이 미리 설정된 임계값을 초과하는 경우 이물 존재 상태로 판단하도록 설정된 시스템 인 패키지. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은
상기 센서 모듈에 의해 감지되는 상기 패키지의 파트(part) 별 온도에 기초하여 상기 패키지가 과열 상태로 판단되는 경우 상기 히터 조립체를 이용한 가열 동작을 중단하고, 상기 과열 상태가 해제될 때까지 대기한 후 상기 히터 조립체를 이용한 가열 동작을 수행하도록 설정된 시스템 인 패키지. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은
상기 센서 모듈에 의해 감지되는 상기 패키지의 파트 별 온도 또는 상기 파트 별 온도의 총합이 미리 설정된 임계값을 초과하는 경우 상기 패키지가 과열 상태인 것으로 판단하도록 설정된 시스템 인 패키지. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 패키지는 배터리의 적어도 일부와 적층되어 배치되거나 상기 배터리와 인접하여 나란히 배치되는 시스템 인 패키지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛 및 가열 IC(integrated circuit), 메모리, 센서 모듈, 충전 IC, 통신 모듈 중 적어도 하나는 웨이퍼 레벨 패키지(wafer level package, WLP)로 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템 인 패키지. - 에어로졸 생성 장치에 있어서,
상기 에어로졸 생성 장치로 삽입되는 궐련을 가열하는 히터 조립체;
상기 히터 조립체에 전력을 공급하는 배터리; 및
시스템 인 패키지(system-in package, SIP)를 포함하고,
상기 시스템 인 패키지는
마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛(micro controller unit, MCU);
센서 모듈;
가열 IC(integrated circuit), 메모리, 충전 IC, 통신 모듈 중 적어도 하나; 및
상기 패키지의 외부의 적어도 일부를 감싸는 몰딩부를 포함하고,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은 상기 센서 모듈을 통해 상기 몰딩부의 적어도 일부에 유입되는 이물을 감지하는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은
상기 패키지와 인접한 상기 히터 조립체에 궐련이 삽입된 경우, 상기 히터 조립체의 가열 동작을 수행하고,
상기 센서 모듈에 의해 상기 패키지의 몰딩부의 적어도 일부에 이물이 감지되는 경우 상기 히터 조립체의 가열 동작을 중단하고, 상기 몰딩부의 적어도 일부에 이물이 존재하지 않을 때까지 대기한 후 상기 히터 조립체를 이용한 가열 동작을 수행하도록 설정된, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은
상기 센서 모듈에 의해 감지되는 이물의 양이 미리 설정된 임계값을 초과하는 경우 이물 존재 상태로 판단하도록 설정된, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은
상기 센서 모듈에 의해 감지되는 상기 패키지의 파트(part) 별 온도에 기초하여 상기 패키지가 과열 상태로 판단되는 경우 상기 히터 조립체를 이용한 가열 동작을 중단하고, 상기 과열 상태가 해제될 때까지 대기한 후 상기 히터 조립체를 이용한 가열 동작을 수행하도록 설정된, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 마이크로 컨트롤러 유닛은
상기 센서 모듈에 의해 감지되는 상기 패키지의 파트 별 온도 또는 상기 파트 별 온도의 총합이 이미 설정된 임계값을 초과하는 경우 상기 패키지가 과열 상태인 것으로 판단하도록 설정된, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 시스템 인 패키지는 상기 배터리의 적어도 일부와 적층되어 배치되거나 상기 배터리와 인접하여 나란히 배치되는, 에어로졸 생성 장치.
