도 2는 본 발명에 따른 실시예 1, 실시예 2, 실시예 3, 실시예 4 및 비교예 1에 따른 제조방법에서 제2 단계를 거친 상태에서의 X-선 회질분석 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 실시예 1, 실시예 2, 실시예 3, 실시예 4 및 비교예 1에 따른 제조방법에서 제3 단계를 거친 상태에서의 X-선 회질분석 결과이다.

Claims (13)
- 인조흑연의 제조방법에 있어서,
용매에 난흑연화 탄소 및 실리콘 전구체를 첨가한 후 초음파 처리를 이용하여 혼합하는 제1 단계;
상기 제1 단계에서 형성된 혼합물을 열처리하여 실리콘 카바이드를 형성하는 제2 단계;
상기 형성된 실리콘 카바이드를 공기 분위기에서 열처리하여 미반응 난흑연화 탄소를 제거하는 제3 단계; 및
상기 열처리된 실리콘 카바이드를 흑연화하여 고결정성 인조흑연을 제조하는 제4 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 난흑연화 탄소와 실리콘 전구체의 혼합 비율은 1:0.3 내지 1:1.2의 몰비이고,
상기 고결정성 인조흑연의 층간 거리가 0.3380nm 이하이고,
상기 고결정성 인조흑연의 라만스펙트럼 측정에 의한 결함에 대한 피크(Id)와 결정성 피크(Ig)의 피크 강도 비율(Id/Ig)이 0.05 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정성 인조흑연의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 난흑연화 탄소는 카본블랙, 활성탄, 등방성 탄소섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 인조흑연의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 전구체는 실리콘, 실리콘 오일, 실리카 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 인조흑연의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 단계의 열처리는 1200℃ 내지 2100℃의 온도에서 30분 내지 180분 동안 불활성 가스 분위기에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 인조흑연의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제3 단계의 열처리는 300℃ 내지 800℃의 온도에서 60분 내지 300분 동안 산소가 함유되어 있는 분위기에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 인조흑연의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제4 단계의 흑연화는 상기 열처리된 실리콘 카바이드를 2400℃ 내지 3000℃의 온도에서 30분 내지 180분 동안 불활성가스 분위기에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 인조흑연의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고결정성 인조흑연 제조 방법은 할로겐 화합물을 사용하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 고결정성 인조흑연의 제조방법.
