Claims (13)
- 윈도우;
상기 윈도우에 인가되는 터치입력을 감지하며 시각정보를 출력하는 터치스크린; 및
상기 터치스크린의 하부를 지지하는 내부 프레임을 포함하고,
상기 터치스크린은,
상기 시각정보를 출력하는 디스플레이 모듈;
열의 방출을 위하여 상기 디스플레이 모듈의 하부에 배치되는 방열층; 및
상기 터치입력이 인가되는 동안 상기 방열층의 변형에 따른 정전용량의 변화에 의하여 상기 터치입력의 압력을 감지하도록 상기 방열층을 사이에 두고 이격배치되며, 상기 디스플레이 모듈과 인접하거나 상기 내부 프레임과 인접하게 배치되는 그라운드층과 압력센싱층을 포함하는 압력센싱부를 포함하며,
상기 방열층은,
상기 디스플레이 모듈의 열이 전도되는 제1 방열층; 및,
상기 제1 방열층에 접촉되도록 배치되어, 상기 접촉을 통해 상기 제1 방열층으로부터 열을 전도받을 수 있도록 형성된 제2 방열층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 방열층은 외력에 의하여 변형이 가능한 재질로 이루어지며,
상기 제2 방열층은, 상기 제1 방열층과 중첩되며 열의 전도를 위한 금속재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 그라운드와 상기 압력센싱층 사이에 정전용량을 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제2 방열층은 복수의 홀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 홀은 실질적으로 동일한 형상으로 이루어지며, 상기 제2 방열층 상에 규칙적으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 홀은 서로 다른 크기로 이루어지며,
상기 복수의 홀의 크기는 상기 제2 방열층의 중심으로 갈수록 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2 방열층은 상기 복수의 홀로 이루어지는 복수의 홀세트를 포함하며,
상기 복수의 홀세트에 포함되는 홀의 개수는 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 압력센싱층은 서로 독립적으로 정전용량의 변화를 감지하도록 구분되는 복수의 센서영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 센서영역의 적어도 일 영역은 상기 홀과 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2 방열층은 상기 홀에 충전되는 유전물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 방열층은 그라파이트(Graphite) 소재 및/또는 폴리우레탄(PU) 소재로 이루어지며,
상기 제1 방열층은 상기 제2 방열층을 사이에 두고 서로 마주보도록 배치되는 제1 및 제2 방열부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 윈도우를 지지하는 케이스; 및
상기 윈도우의 가장자리 영역 및 상기 케이스 사이를 부착하는 접착부재를 더 포함하고,
상기 접착부재는 내부에 형성되며 외력에 의하여 형상이 변형되는 기공을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 케이스의 내부구조를 이루며, 상기 터치스크린의 하부를 지지하는 내부 프레임; 및
상기 내부 프레임과 상기 터치스크린의 하부를 접촉하는 추가 접착부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 터치스크린은 상기 윈도우에 인가되는 터치입력의 좌표를 감지하는 터치센서층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 단말기.
