Claims (9)
- 작동가스가 유입되어 팽창되는 에어백쿠션부;
상기 에어백쿠션부의 내측에 설치되며, 상기 에어백쿠션부를 탑승자의 머리와 마주하는 제1챔버와, 상기 제1챔버와 이웃하는 제2챔버로 구획하는 구획부; 및
상기 구획부를 관통하며 상기 제1챔버와 상기 제2챔버를 연결하고, 상기 제2챔버의 전개를 안내하는 전개조절부;를 포함하고,
상기 에어백쿠션부는,
상기 구획부와 연결되며 서로 마주하는 한 쌍의 쿠션사이드; 및
상기 쿠션사이드를 연결하며 상기 전개조절부에 연결되는 쿠션몸체;를 포함하고,
상기 구획부는,
상기 전개조절부의 상측에 위치하며, 상기 제1챔버와 상기 제2챔버의 사이에 막을 형성하고, 상기 쿠션몸체에 일단이 고정되며 상기 쿠션사이드에 양측이 고정되는 제1구획부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 장치.

상기 구획부는,
상기 전개조절부의 하측에 위치하며, 상기 제1챔버와 상기 제2챔버의 사이에 막을 형성하는 제2구획부재;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 장치.

- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제2구획부재는,
일단은 상기 제1구획부재와 이격된 위치에 설치되며, 타단은 상기 쿠션몸체와 이격되고, 양측은 상기 쿠션사이드에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 장치.
- 작동가스가 유입되어 팽창되는 에어백쿠션부;
상기 에어백쿠션부의 내측에 설치되며, 상기 에어백쿠션부를 탑승자의 머리와 마주하는 제1챔버와, 상기 제1챔버와 이웃하는 제2챔버로 구획하는 구획부; 및
상기 구획부를 관통하며 상기 제1챔버와 상기 제2챔버를 연결하고, 상기 제2챔버의 전개를 안내하는 전개조절부;를 포함하고,
상기 에어백쿠션부는, 상기 전개조절부에 연결되는 쿠션몸체;를 포함하고,
상기 전개조절부는,
상기 제1챔버와 마주하는 상기 쿠션몸체에 일측이 연결되며 상기 제2챔버와 마주하는 상기 쿠션몸체에 타측이 연결되는 제1조절부; 및
굽혀 있는 상기 제1조절부의 양측에 연결되며, 상기 제1챔버를 팽창시키는 외력에 의해 절단되는 제2조절부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제1조절부는,
끈이나 띠 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제2조절부는,
상기 제1조절부의 일측에 연결되는 제1몸체;
상기 제1조절부의 타측에 연결되는 제2몸체; 및
상기 제1몸체와 상기 제2몸체를 연결하며, 외력에 의해 절단되는 파단부;를 포함하며,
상기 제1몸체와 상기 제2몸체의 사이에 있는 상기 제1조절부는 굽혀진 상태로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 파단부는,
상기 제1몸체와 상기 제2몸체의 폭보다 좁은 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 장치.
