Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 차량의 고전압 배터리 시스템 냉각 덕트가 고전압 배터리 시스템에 장착된 상태를 도시한 도면,
도 3은 도 1의 냉각 덕트의 단면도,
도 4는 도 1의 냉각 덕트의 고주파 소음 차단 작용을 설명한 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- 차량 실내를 향해 개구된 유입구를 형성한 덕트바디와;
상기 덕트바디의 유입구 맞은편에 상기 유입구를 통해 유입된 공기를 고전압 배터리를 향해 공급하도록 형성된 유출구와;
상기 유입구와 유출구 사이의 공기의 흐름은 허용하면서도, 상기 유입구와 유출구가 직선적으로 연통되는 것을 제한하도록, 상기 유입구와 유출구 사이에 형성된 차단격벽;
을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 차단격벽은 상기 유입구와 유출구를 연결하는 공기 흐름의 경로 단면적을 국부적으로 축소시켰다가 회복시키도록 상기 공기 흐름의 경로를 향해 돌출되게 형성되어, 상기 유입구 쪽으로부터 입사되는 고주파 소음을 차단하도록 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 고전압 배터리 시스템 냉각 덕트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차단격벽은 상기 유입구에 대하여 경사진 직선의 형상으로 형성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 고전압 배터리 시스템 냉각 덕트. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 차단격벽은 상기 유입구에 대하여 35°내지 55° 기울어진 형상으로 형성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 고전압 배터리 시스템 냉각 덕트. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 차단격벽은 상기 유입구의 중심과의 최단거리가 40mm 내지 60mm 이격되어 형성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 고전압 배터리 시스템 냉각 덕트. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 차단격벽은 일단이 상기 덕트바디의 내측면에 연결되고, 타단은 상기 덕트바디의 내측면과 이격된 상태로 형성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 고전압 배터리 시스템 냉각 덕트. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 덕트바디에는 상기 차단격벽과 상기 유입구의 사이에 함몰부가 형성되어 상기 유입구로부터 유출구를 향한 공기의 유동 경로를 곡선적으로 형성하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 고전압 배터리 시스템 냉각 덕트. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 덕트바디의 함몰부는 상기 차단격벽이 상기 덕트바디의 내측면과 이격된 쪽에 형성되어, 상기 유입구를 통해 유입된 공기가 상기 함몰부와 차단격벽을 통해 'S'자형 굴곡을 따라 유동하도록 구성된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 고전압 배터리 시스템 냉각 덕트. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 덕트바디의 유출구에는 공기의 관통이 가능한 흡음재가 설치된 것
을 특징으로 하는 차량의 고전압 배터리 시스템 냉각 덕트.
