Claims (4)
- 간극을 통과할 때의 전단력에 의해 입자함유액중의 입자를 분산 또는 분쇄하는 분산 분쇄 장치에 있어서,
상기 입자함유액이 유입하는 유입부와 상기 입자함유액이 유출되는 유출부를 구비한 케이싱;
상기 케이싱내에 배치된 회전자, 고정자, 및 임펠러; 및
상기 회전자 및 임펠러를 회전시키는 구동수단;을 구비하고,
상기 고정자와 회전자 사이에 상기 간극이 설치되고,
상기 케이싱과 고정자 사이에, 상기 간극을 외부에서 볼 수 있는 개구를 구비한 중간체가 설치되고,
상기 구동수단에 의해 상기 회전자와 임펠러가 회전하면, 상기 임펠러의 회전력에 의해 상기 유입부로부터 유입된 입자함유액이 상기 간극을 통과하고, 상기 간극을 통과할 때의 전단력에 의해 입자함유액의 입자가 분산되거나 분쇄되고,
상기 고정자와 중간체 사이에 심(스페이서)을 넣음으로써, 상기 간극의 넓이를 조정할 수 있도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 분쇄 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 임펠러가 경사류 임펠러인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 분쇄 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유출부가 상기 케이싱의 접선 방향으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 분산 분쇄 장치.
