Claims (20)
- 전도성 물질 및 일함수가 5.0eV 이상인 도펀트를 포함하며,
상기 전도성 물질로 반사율이 80% 이상인 은 페이스트를 포함하고,
상기 도펀트로 상기 은 페이스트 100 중량%에 2 내지 10 중량%의 팔라듐을 포함하는 전극. - 삭제
