상기 커터(20)는 상기 삽입홀(T1) 내에 삽입된 안내봉(13)의 가이드홈(13a) 내에 안착되었을 때 경골(T) 외면으로 상단 부분이 돌출될 수 있는 높이로 형성되고, 선단은 뾰족한 날 형태로 형성되어, 후방에서 외부 충격을 가하면 가이드홈(13a)을 따라 전진하면서 경골(T)에 절개라인(L)을 형성시키며,
상기 안내봉(13)의 후단에는 상기 가이드홈(13a) 내에 진입하기 직전의 커터(20)를 하측에서 지지하는 지지대(13b)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 외측 반월상 연골 이식술 전용 수술기구.
