Abstract
일 실시예에 따른 인장이 가능한 스트레처블 디스플레이의 구동회로는, 발광 소자와 연결되고, 데이터 라인의 신호에 따라 상기 발광 소자를 구동시키는 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하는 구동부; 상기 구동부와 상기 데이터 라인 사이에 연결되고, 게이트단이 제1 게이트 라인에 연결되는 스위칭 트랜지스터; 및 상기 구동부와 상기 데이터 라인 사이에서 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터에 연결되는 신축감응형 센서;를 포함하고, 상기 신축감응형 센서는 상기 스트레처블 디스플레이에 인가되는 인장력에 따라 저항 특성이 변화하는 신축감응 물질과 분극이 추가적으로 형성될 수 있는 신축감응 물질을 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (19)
- 인장이 가능한 스트레처블 디스플레이의 구동회로에 있어서,
발광 소자와 연결되고, 데이터 라인의 신호에 따라 상기 발광 소자를 구동시키는 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하는 구동부;
상기 구동부와 상기 데이터 라인 사이에 연결되고, 게이트단이 제1 게이트 라인에 연결되는 스위칭 트랜지스터; 및
상기 구동부와 상기 데이터 라인 사이에서 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터에 연결되는 신축감응형 센서;를 포함하고,
상기 신축감응형 센서는:
상기 스트레처블 디스플레이에 인가되는 인장력에 따라 저항 특성이 변화하는 신축감응 물질; 및
상기 스트레처블 디스플레이의 인장 정도에 따라 드레인 전류가 변하는 트랜지스터 센서;를 포함하고,
제1 인장력이 가해지는 제1 인장 상태에서, 상기 데이터 라인의 데이터 신호를 통과시키지 않도록 차단하고; 그리고
상기 제1 인장력보다 큰 제2 인장력이 가해지는 제2 인장 상태에서, 상기 구동부로 상기 데이터 신호가 전달되도록 상기 데이터 신호를 통과시키고,
상기 트랜지스터 센서는,
