Abstract
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 덕트용 댐퍼 구동 장치는, 덕트용 댐퍼의 회전축이 결합되는 구동축이 축설되어 있는 하우징; 상기 하우징의 일측면에 결합하되, 상기 하우징을 관통하여 직결되어서 직선 운동을 통해 상기 구동축을 회전시키는 피스톤 로드를 구비한 구동 실린더;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 덕트(2)용 댐퍼(1)의 회전축(1a)이 결합되는 구동축(11)이 축설되어 있는 하우징(10);
상기 하우징(10)의 일측면에 결합하되, 상기 하우징(10)을 관통하여 직결되어서 직선 운동을 통해 상기 구동축(11)을 회전시키는 피스톤 로드(21)를 구비한 구동 실린더(20); 및
상기 하우징(10)의 삼면을 감싸는 바디부(31)와, 상기 바디부(31)의 양측 끝단에서 각각 외측 방향으로 절곡되어 상기 덕트(2)의 외면에 볼트(B)와 너트(N)로 조여져 결합하는 결합부(32)를 구비한 브래킷(30);를 포함하되,
상기 결합부(32)를 덕트(2)의 외측면에 고정시키는 볼트(B)는,
외주면에 제1 나사산(B11)이 형성된 헤드부(B1)와, 상기 헤드부(B1)에 연결되고 외주면에 제2 나사산(B21)이 형성된 나사부(B2)로 구성되되, 상기 제1 나사산(B11)은 왼 나사이고, 상기 제2 나사산(B21)은 오른 나사로 구성되고,
상기 헤드부(B1)의 내측면을 받치도록 상기 나사부(B2)에 끼워지고, 내주면에 상기 제1 나사산(B11)에 결합하는 제3 나사산(W11)이 형성된 관부(W1)와, 상기 관부(W1)의 끝단에서 내측으로 돌출하여 연결되되 상기 볼트(B)의 길이방향 일측으로 절곡된 결속부(W2)들을 포함하되, 상기 결속부(W2)들은 절곡 상태에서 그 내경이 상기 나사부(B2)의 외경보다 크면서, 가압 상태에서 그 내경이 상기 나사부(B2)의 내경보다 작은 길이를 갖도록 절곡되어 있는 고정구(W)를 더 포함하여,
상기 볼트(B)의 조임 시 상기 관부(W1)의 가압으로 상기 결속부(W2)들이 절곡 반대 방향으로 꺾이면서 결속부(W2)의 각 끝단이 상기 제2 나사산(B21)에 억지 끼움되는 것을 특징으로 하는 덕트용 댐퍼 구동 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 구동축(11)은 외주면에 피동기어부(114)가 형성되어 있고,
상기 피스톤 로드(21)는 상기 피동기어부(114)에 치합되는 랙기어부(211)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 덕트용 댐퍼 구동 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 구동축(11)은 상기 회전축(1a)이 끼워져 결합되는 결합공(113)과, 상기 결합공(113)의 둘레방향으로 천공되어 있는 나사공(115)과, 상기 나사공(115)에 체결되어 축공(12)의 회전축(1a)을 고정시키는 고정볼트(116)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 덕트용 댐퍼 구동 장치.
- 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 브래킷(30)은 일 측벽부(311)의 외측면에 상기 구동 실린더(20)가 결합하며, 양 측벽부(311)(312)에는 상기 피스톤 로드(21)가 끼워지는 관통공(316)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 덕트용 댐퍼 구동 장치.
