- 탄소(C): 0.06 ~ 0.09중량%, 규소(Si): 0.15 ~ 0.25중량%, 망간(Mn): 1.4 ~ 1.7중량%, 인(P): 0 초과 0.018중량% 이하, 황(S): 0 초과 0.003중량% 이하, 알루미늄(Al): 0.01 ~ 0.05중량%, 니오븀(Nb): 0.03 ~ 0.04중량%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.01 ~ 0.02중량%, 바나듐(V): 0.02 ~ 0.03중량%, 크롬(Cr): 0.2 ~ 0.3중량%, 칼슘(Ca): 0.001 ~ 0.003중량% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며,
최종 미세 조직은 페라이트 및 상기 페라이트보다 상대적으로 단단한 침상형 페라이트로 이루어지며, 상기 최종 미세 조직에서 상기 침상형 페라이트의 면적 분율은 20 ~ 30%이고, 상기 페라이트의 면적 분율은 70 ~ 80%이며,
항복 강도(YS)가 450 ~ 600MPa이고, 인장강도(TS)가 535 ~ 760MPa이고, 연신율(EL)이 20% 이상이며, 항복비(YR)가 0.88 이하이고, -20℃에서의 연성파면율(DWTT)이 90% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 (d) 단계는 상기 강재를 30 ~ 50℃/s의 냉각 속도로 냉각 후 400 ~ 500℃에서 권취하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 (c) 단계는 조압연 후 사상 압연 전의 강재의 두께가 40 ~ 45mm이고,
미재결정역의 압하율이 80% 이상인 조건으로 열간 압연하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 단계들을 수행하여 구현된 열연강판은 최종 미세 조직이 페라이트 및 상기 페라이트보다 상대적으로 단단한 침상형 페라이트로 이루어지며, 상기 최종 미세 조직에서 상기 침상형 페라이트의 면적 분율은 20 ~ 30%이고, 상기 페라이트의 면적 분율은 70 ~ 80%이며, 항복 강도(YS)가 450 ~ 600MPa이고, 인장강도(TS)가 535 ~ 760MPa이고, 연신율(EL)이 20% 이상이며, 항복비(YR)가 0.88 이하이고, -20℃에서의 연성파면율(DWTT)이 90% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는,
