R13 중 하나는 - C(=O)NRa - (여기서 Ra는 수소 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C1 내지 C10 탄화수소기이다)에 의해 결합된 발광체와의 연결 지점을 포함하고,
R8 내지 R13 중 적어도 하나는 중합성 작용기를 포함하고,
0≤M1<1, 0≤D1<1, 0<T1<1, 0≤Q1<1이고,
M1+D1+T1+Q1=1이다.
- 제1항에서,
상기 발광체는 양자점, 형광체 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 발광 복합체.
- 제1항에서,
상기 발광 복합체의 입경은 상기 발광체의 입경보다 2배 이상 큰 발광 복합체.
- 제1항 및 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 발광 복합체의 경화물을 포함하는 발광 구조체.
- 제10항에서,
유기금속화합물의 경화물 또는 상기 발광 복합체와 유기금속화합물의 경화물을 더 포함하는 발광 구조체.
- 제11항에서,
상기 유기금속화합물은 알루미늄 화합물, 티타늄 화합물, 지르코늄 화합물, 하프늄 화합물, 마그네슘 화합물, 주석 화합물 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 발광 구조체.
- 제10항에서,
300℃에서 5% 이하의 중량손실을 가지는 발광 구조체.
- 제10항에 따른 발광 구조체를 포함하는 광학 시트.
- 제10항에 따른 발광 구조체를 포함하는 전자 소자.
- 제15항에서,
상기 전자 소자는
광원, 그리고
상기 광원의 상부에 위치하는 표시 패널
을 포함하는 전자 소자.
- 제16항에서,
상기 발광 구조체는 상기 광원에 포함되어 있는 전자 소자.
- 제16항에서,
상기 표시 패널은 상기 광원으로부터 제1 가시광을 공급받아 상기 제1 가시광과 같거나 다른 제2 가시광을 방출하는 색 변환층을 포함하고,
상기 발광 구조체는 상기 색 변환층에 포함되어 있는 전자 소자.
- 제18항에서,
상기 제1 가시광은 청색 광이고,
상기 제2 가시광은 청색 광, 녹색 광, 적색 광 또는 이들의 조합인
전자 소자.
- 제16항에서,
상기 광원과 상기 표시 패널 사이에 위치하는 광학 시트를 더 포함하고,
상기 발광 구조체는 상기 광학 시트에 포함되어 있는 전자 소자.
- 제15항에서,
상기 전자 소자는
서로 마주하는 제1 전극과 제2 전극, 그리고
상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 위치하고 상기 발광 구조체를 포함하는 발광층
