Claims (7)
- (a) 지하 주차장의 바닥 에폭시 표면을 정리하고 스크래치 작업하는 단계;
(b) 상기 표면 상에 속건성 표면 세정제를 이용하여 기존 에폭시 바닥을 변성시키는 단계;
(c) 상기 변성된 에폭시 바닥의 표면에 속경화형 바닥재 조성물을 포설하고 경화하여 새로운 바닥층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 속경화형 바닥재 조성물의 표면에 논스립 도료를 상도 도포하는 단계;를 포함하는 지하 주차장 바닥 에폭시 재시공 공법으로서,
상기 속건성 표면 세정제는 알코올 또는 물로 이루어진 용제 100 중량부에 대하여 프로필렌 글리콜 모노메틸에테르 1~10 중량부, 음이온계 계면활성제 0.1~10 중량부, pH조절제 0.1~5 중량부를 포함하는 중성 세정제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 속경화형 바닥재 조성물은 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 주재 성분 100 중량부, 다관능성 아민의 중합체과 아민 화합물에 프로필렌 옥사이드를 반응시켜 얻어진 공중합체 및 경화촉진제를 포함하는 경화제 성분 5~30 중량부 및 무기질 성분 50~500 중량부를 포함하여 이루어진 바닥재 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 속건성 표면 세정제는 살포 시 곧바로 에폭시 바닥의 변성이 일어나고 세정제는 건조되므로 살포 후 별도의 체류 시간 없이 곧바로 상기 속경화형 바닥재 조성물을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 속경화형 바닥재 조성물의 상기 경화제 성분에 포함되는 상기 다관능성 아민의 중합체와 아민 화합물에 프로필렌 옥사이드를 반응시켜 얻어지는 공중합체는 디에틸렌 트리아민, 트리에틸렌 테트라아민 또는 이소프로필렌 디아민 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 중합체 또는 공중합체인 상기 다관능성 아민 중합체에 아민 화합물을 100 : 20~200의 중량비로 혼합하고, 상기 다관능성 아민 중합체와 아민 화합물의 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여 프로필렌 옥사이드를 0.1~2.0 중량부로 혼합하고 이들을 160~230℃의 온도에서 12~36시간 동안 공중합 반응시킴에 얻어지는 것을 사용함으로써 물을 함유한 상태에서도 수화반응을 활성화시켜 안정적인 경화물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하 주차장 바닥 에폭시 재시공 공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 속건성 표면 세정제에 포함되는 음이온계 계면활성제는 탄소수 5~20을 갖는 알킬벤젠술폰산염, 알파올레핀술폰산염, 알킬설페이트 및 알킬나프탈렌 설포네이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 지하 주차장 바닥 에폭시 재시공 공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 속건성 표면 세정제에 포함되는 pH조절제는 구연산, 붕산, 아크릴산 및 말레인산 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 지하 주차장 바닥 에폭시 재시공 공법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 속경화형 바닥재 조성물은 아민 화합물로서 폴리옥시프로필렌 디아민, 트리에틸렌 테트라아민, 디에틸렌 트리아민, 이소포론 디아민, 메타크실렌 디아민, 메타페닐렌 디아민, 디메틸 아민, 디아미노 디페닐 설폰 아민, 디에틸렌 아미노 프로필 아민, 메탄 디아민, 아미노 에틸 피페라진, 비스(4-아미노 3-메틸 사이클로 헥실)메탄, 아닐린계 화합물 및 폴리에테르 디아민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하 주차장 바닥 에폭시 재시공 공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 속경화형 바닥재 조성물은 이산화티타늄 20~35 중량%, 운모 1~10 중량%, 탄산칼슘 10~25 중량%, 규조토 1~10 중량%, 석회 1~10 중량%, 부틸산염 1~10 중량%, 디올 화합물 1~10 중량% 및 실리코네이트계 액상 성분 0.1~5.0 중량%를 포함하는 강도강화제 성분을 0.5~10 중량부 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하 주차장 바닥 에폭시 재시공 공법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 속경화형 바닥재 조성물을 포설함에 있어 기계를 사용하여 포설 및 진동을 동시에 행하여 평탄면을 갖도록 하거나, 수작업으로 로울러를 이용하여 반복 롤링으로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하 주차장 바닥 에폭시 재시공 공법.
