Claims (15)
- 에어로졸 생성 기질이 삽입되는 서셉터;
상기 서셉터를 유도 가열하는 제1 코일;
유도 가열에 의한 상기 서셉터의 온도 변화에 따라 공진 주파수가 가변되는 제2 코일;
상기 제1 코일 및 상기 제2 코일에 전력을 공급하는 배터리; 및
상기 제1 코일에 공급되는 전력을 제어하여 상기 서셉터를 유도 가열하고,
상기 서셉터의 유도 가열에 의해 가변된 상기 제2 코일의 공진 주파수 변화를 감지하고, 상기 제2 코일의 상기 공진 주파수 변화에 기초하여 상기 서셉터의 온도를 계산하는 제어부;를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
기 설정된 주파수 범위 내에서 상기 제2 코일의 구동 주파수를 스윕(sweep)하고, 주파수 스윕 결과에 기초하여 상기 제2 코일의 상기 공진 주파수 변화를 감지하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 서셉터의 가열 개시 이후 제1 시점에서 감지된 상기 제2 코일의 제1 공진 주파수와, 상기 제1 시점으로부터 기 설정된 시간이 도과된 제2 시점에서의 제2 공진 주파수의 차이에 기초하여 상기 서셉터의 온도를 계산하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 제1 코일을 구동하기 위한 제1 주파수 범위를 상기 제2 코일을 구동하기 위한 제2 주파수 범위와 상이하게 설정하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 제1 주파수 범위의 하한을 상기 제2 주파수 범위의 상한보다 크게 설정하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 서셉터는
상기 에어로졸 생성 기질이 수용되는 수용 공간의 내부를 향해 돌출되고,
상기 제1 코일 및 상기 제2 코일은
상기 수용 공간의 외측면을 둘러싸는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 코일 및 상기 제2 코일은 상기 수용 공간의 길이 방향을 따라 교번되게 권선되는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 코일은
상기 수용 공간의 외측면의 제1 영역에 권선되고,
상기 제1 코일은
상기 제1 영역과 상이한 제2 영역에 권선되는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 에어로졸 생성 기질이 삽입되는 서셉터;
상기 서셉터를 유도 가열하고, 상기 유도 가열에 의한 상기 서셉터의 온도 변화에 따라 공진 주파수가 가변되는 코일;
상기 코일에 전력을 공급하는 배터리; 및
상기 코일에 공급되는 전력을 제어하여 상기 서셉터를 유도 가열하고, 상기 서셉터의 유도 가열에 의해 가변된 상기 코일의 공진 주파수 변화에 기초하여 상기 서셉터의 온도를 계산하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는
기 설정된 제어 주기로 상기 코일을 제어하고,
상기 제어 주기는 제1 주파수 범위내에서 상기 코일을 구동함으로써, 상기 서셉터를 가열하는 가열 구간 및 상기 제1 주파수 범위와 상이한 제2 주파수 범위 내에서, 상기 코일을 구동함으로써, 상기 코일의 상기 공진 주파수 변화를 감지하는 감지 구간을 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 제2 주파수 범위 내에서 상기 코일의 구동 주파수를 스윕(sweep)하고, 주파수 스윕 결과에 기초하여 상기 코일의 상기 공진 주파수 변화를 감지하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 감지 구간의 개시 이후 제1 시점에서 감지된 상기 코일의 제1 공진 주파수와, 상기 제1 시점으로부터 기 설정된 시간이 도과된 제2 시점에서의 제2 공진 주파수의 차이에 기초하여 상기 서셉터의 온도를 계산하는 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 삭제

상기 서셉터는
상기 에어로졸 생성 기질이 수용되는 수용 공간의 내부를 향해 돌출되고,

상기 에어로졸 생성 장치는
상기 서셉터를 유도 가열하는 제1 코일;
상기 유도 가열에 의한 상기 서셉터의 온도 변화에 따라 공진 주파수가 가변되는 제2 코일;
상기 제1 코일 및 상기 제2 코일에 전력을 공급하는 배터리; 및
상기 제1 코일에 공급되는 전력을 제어하여 상기 서셉터를 유도 가열하고,
상기 서셉터의 유도 가열에 의해 가변된 상기 제2 코일의 공진 주파수 변화를 감지하고, 상기 제2 코일의 상기 공진 주파수 변화에 기초하여 상기 서셉터의 온도를 계산하는 제어부;를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성 시스템.
