Claims (18)
- 적어도 2종의 유기 화합물을 포함하는 균일상 유기 복합체 (Homogeneous organic complexs)로서,
상기 균일상 유기 복합체는, 제1 유기 화합물 및 제2 유기 화합물을 적어도 1종의 유기용매에 완전용해시켜 균일상을 형성한 후 고체화된 균일상 유기 복합체를 비(非)열처리 조건 하에서 가압 성형된 균일상 유기 복합체이며,
상기 균일상 유기 복합체의 최대 발광 파장은, 상기 제1 유기 화합물, 상기 제2 유기 화합물, 및 상기 제1 유기 화합물과 상기 제2 유기 화합물의 단순 유기 혼합물의 최대 발광 파장과 상이한, 유기 전계 발광 소자용 균일상 유기 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 균일상 유기 복합체의 최대 발광 파장은, 상기 제1 유기 화합물, 상기 제2 유기 화합물 및 상기 제1 유기 화합물과 상기 제2 유기 화합물의 단순 유기 혼합물의 최대 발광 파장보다 장파장 영역으로 이동되는 균일상 유기 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상온에서 고체(solid)인 균일상 유기 복합체.

무기물 및 도펀트를 비(非)포함하는, 균일상 유기 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유기 화합물과 상기 제2 유기 화합물은 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이하며, 각각 독립적으로 호스트 재료, 전자주입 재료, 전자 수송 재료, 전자 차단 재료, 정공 주입 재료, 정공 수송 재료, 정공 차단 재료, 및 엑시톤 차단 재료로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 균일상 유기 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유기 화합물과 상기 제2 유기 화합물은 호스트 재료인, 균일상 유기 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유기 화합물은 상기 제2 유기 화합물보다 정공 특성이 높은 화합물이며,
상기 제2 유기 화합물은 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 적어도 하나의 전자끄는기(EWG)를 포함하는 화합물인, 균일상 유기 화합물.
상기 화학식에서,
X1 내지 X8 및 Y1 내지 Y5는 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이하며, 각각 독립적으로 N 또는 C(R)이고, 다만 상기 단일환 또는 다환 모이어티는 적어도 하나의 N을 포함하며,
상기 C(R)이 복수 개인 경우 복수의 R은 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이하며, 각각 독립적으로 수소, 중수소, 할로겐기, 시아노기, 니트로기, 아미노기, C1~C40의 알킬기, C2~C40의 알케닐기, C2~C40의 알키닐기, C3~C40의 시클로알킬기, 핵원자수 3 내지 40의 헤테로시클로알킬기, C6~C60의 아릴기, 핵원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴기, C1~C40의 알킬옥시기, C6~C60의 아릴옥시기, C1~C40의 알킬실릴기, C6~C60의 아릴실릴기, C1~C40의 알킬보론기, C6~C60의 아릴보론기, C6~C60의 아릴포스핀기, C6~C60의 아릴포스핀옥사이드기 및 C6~C60의 아릴아민기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되거나, 또는 이들은 인접한 기와 결합하여 축합고리를 형성할 수 있으며,
상기 R의 알킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 아릴기, 헤테로아릴기, 아릴옥시기, 알킬옥시기, 시클로알킬기, 헤테로시클로알킬기, 아릴아민기, 알킬실릴기, 알킬보론기, 아릴보론기, 아릴포스핀기, 아릴포스핀옥사이드기, 및 아릴아민기는, 각각 독립적으로 수소, 중수소(D), 할로겐, 시아노기, 니트로기, C1~C40의 알킬기, C2~C40의 알케닐기, C2~C40의 알키닐기, C3~C40의 시클로알킬기, 핵원자수 3 내지 40의 헤테로시클로알킬기, C6~C60의 아릴기, 핵원자수 5 내지 60의 헤테로아릴기, C1~C40의 알킬옥시기, C6~C60의 아릴옥시기, C1~C40의 알킬실릴기, C6~C60의 아릴실릴기, C1~C40의 알킬보론기, C6~C60의 아릴보론기, C6~C60의 아릴포스핀기, C6~C60의 아릴포스핀옥사이드기 및 C6~C60의 아릴아민기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 치환기로 치환될 수 있으며, 이때 상기 치환기가 복수인 경우, 이들은 서로 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다. - 양극;
상기 양극과 대향 배치되는 음극;
상기 양극과 상기 음극 사이에 배치되는 적어도 1층의 유기층;을 포함하고,
상기 적어도 1층의 유기층은 제1항 내지 제3항, 제6항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 균일상 유기 복합체를 포함하는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 1층의 유기층은, 상온에서 고체인 균일상 유기 복합체를 증착시켜 형성되는 것인, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 2종 이상의 유기 화합물을 적어도 1종의 유기용매에 완전용해시켜 균일상을 형성한 후 고체화하는 제1 단계; 및
상기 고체화된 균일상 유기 복합체를 비(非)열처리 조건 하에서 가압하여 성형하는 제2 단계;
를 포함하는 제1항에 기재된 균일상 유기 복합체의 제조방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 제2 단계는 20,000 내지 40,000 kgf/cm2의 압력 하에서 성형되는 것인, 제조방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 제1 단계에서 제조된 고체화된 균일상 유기 복합체 은 분말 또는 스틱 형상이며,
상기 제2 단계에서 성형된 균일상 유기 복합체는 다면체, 원기둥, 및 구형으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 펠렛 형상인, 제조방법.
