도 9 내지 12는 돌출부를 구비하는 전극라인을 포함하는 램프의 개념도이다.

Claims (10)
- 배선기판;
상기 배선기판 위에 형성되는 버스 전극;
상기 배선기판 위에 형성되며, 상기 버스 전극으로부터 연장되어 형성되며 일 끝단을 구비하는 복수의 전극라인들;
상기 전극라인들이 형성되는 방향을 따라 나란하게 배치되고, 인접한 전극라인과 소정 간격을 두고 배치되는 복수의 반도체 발광소자들; 및
상기 전극라인들과 상기 반도체 발광소자들을 전기적으로 연결시키는 복수의 투명전극들을 포함하고,
상기 전극라인들과 반도체 발광소자들 간의 간격은, 전극라인의 중앙부로 갈수록 작아지고 상기 버스 전극과 가까워질수록 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 배선기판;
상기 배선기판 위에 형성되는 버스 전극;
상기 배선기판 위에 형성되며, 상기 버스 전극으로부터 연장되어 형성되며 일 끝단을 구비하는 복수의 전극라인들;
상기 전극라인들이 형성되는 방향을 따라 나란하게 배치되고, 인접한 전극라인과 소정 간격을 두고 배치되는 복수의 반도체 발광소자들; 및
상기 전극라인들과 상기 반도체 발광소자들을 전기적으로 연결시키는 복수의 투명전극들을 포함하고,
상기 전극라인들과 반도체 발광소자들 간의 간격은, 전극라인의 중앙부로 갈수록 작아지고 상기 일 끝단과 가까워질수록 멀어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 전극라인들 각각의 폭은 전극라인의 중앙부로 갈수록 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 배선기판;
상기 배선기판 위에 형성되는 버스 전극;
상기 배선기판 위에 형성되며, 상기 버스 전극으로부터 연장되어 형성되며 일 끝단을 구비하는 복수의 전극라인들;
상기 전극라인들이 형성되는 방향을 따라 나란하게 배치되고, 인접한 전극라인과 소정 간격을 두고 배치되는 복수의 반도체 발광소자들; 및
상기 전극라인들과 상기 반도체 발광소자들을 전기적으로 연결시키는 복수의 투명전극들을 포함하고,
상기 전극라인들과 반도체 발광소자들 간의 간격은 전극라인의 중앙부로 갈수록 작아지고,
상기 전극라인들 각각은,
전극라인이 형성되는 방향과 수직하게 형성되는 복수의 돌출부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 돌출부들 각각의 길이는 전극라인의 중앙부로 갈수록 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 투명전극은 상기 돌출부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 돌출부가 돌출되는 방향으로 연장되어 상기 반도체 발광소자와 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 돌출부들의 길이는,
상기 전극라인과 반도체 발광소자 간의 거리보다 길게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 투명전극은 상기 돌출부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 전극라인이 형성되는 방향으로 연장되어 상기 반도체 발광소자와 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버스 전극은 제1 및 제2버스 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2버스 전극은 서로 비스듬하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 전극라인은 상기 제1버스 전극으로부터 연장되는 제1전극라인 및 상기 제2버스 전극으로부터 연장되는 제2전극라인을 포함하며,
상기 제1전극라인은 상기 제1버스 전극이 형성되는 방향과 수직하게 돌출되고, 상기 제2전극라인은 상기 제2버스전극이 형성되는 방향과 비스듬하게 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.
