도 2는 근적외선 흡수 재료 미립자 분산체에 있어서의 가시광 투과율과 헤이즈값의 그래프이다.
Claims (14)
- 아크릴 수지 중에 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자와 실란 화합물이 포함되며,
상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자가 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M 원소는, 알칼리 금속으로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소이고, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소이고, 0.20≤x/y≤0.37, 2.2≤z/y≤3.0)로 표기되고,
상기 실란 화합물이 실리콘레진이고,
상기 실란 화합물이 관능기로서 페닐기를 가지고,
상기 실리콘레진을 구성하는 모노머 단위가 R-SiO1.6(단, 식 중의 R은 수소 원자 또는 유기기)으로 표기되는 것
을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수 재료 미립자 분산체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘레진의 중량 평균 분자량이 1500 이상 200000 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수 재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 분산 입자경이 1㎚ 이상 200㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수 재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 M 원소가, Cs, Rb로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수 재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자가, 육방정의 결정 구조를 갖는 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수 재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 표면이, Si, Ti, Zr, Al로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소를 함유하는 산화물로 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수 재료 미립자 분산체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 근적외선 흡수 재료 미립자 분산체가, 판상, 필름상, 박막상으로부터 선택되는 어느 것으로 성형된 것임을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수체.
- 제7항에 기재된 근적외선 흡수체가, 기재 상에 적층된 것임을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수물 적층체.
- 제7항에 기재된 근적외선 흡수체가, 판유리, 플라스틱판, 근적외선 흡수 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하는 플라스틱판으로부터 선택되는 2매 이상의 접합판 사이에 존재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수용 접합 구조체.
- 제8항에 기재된 근적외선 흡수물 적층체가, 판유리, 플라스틱판, 근적외선 흡수 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하는 플라스틱판으로부터 선택되는 접합판과 대향하고 있거나, 또는 판유리, 플라스틱판, 근적외선 흡수 기능을 갖는 미립자를 포함하는 플라스틱판으로부터 선택되는 2매 이상의 접합판 사이에 존재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수용 접합 구조체.
