Claims (20)
- 여러 겹의 티슈 제품을 제조하는 방법으로,
a. 제1 및 제2 섬유성 외부층 및 그 사이에 배치된 중간 섬유성 층을 포함하는 제1 다층 티슈 웹을 형성하는 단계;
b. 상기 제1 다층 티슈 웹을 수평으로 분할해서 제2 및 제3 다층 티슈 웹을 형성하는 단계로, 여기서 상기 제2 및 상기 제3 다층 티슈 웹은 각각 2개의 섬유성 층을 포함하는, 단계; 및
c. 상기 제2 및 제3 다층 티슈 웹을 함께 겹쳐서 여러 겹 티슈 제품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 섬유성 외부층은 북부 연질목 크래프트 섬유와 경질목 크래프트 섬유, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 목재 펄프 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 중간 섬유성 층은 남부 연질목 크래프트 섬유, 고 수율 펄프 섬유 및 가교 결합된 섬유, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 목재 펄프 섬유를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간 섬유성 층은 이미다졸린 사차 화합물, 에스테르 작용성 사차 암모늄 화합물, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 탈접합제를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탈접합제는 섬유 지료의 미터 톤 당 2.0 내지 15.0kg의 양으로 적용되는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 다층 티슈 웹은 상기 제1 다층 티슈 웹의 중간지점에 대해 수평으로 분할되는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 다층 티슈 웹은 100 내지 250그램 힘(gf)의 분할력을 가지는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 다층 티슈 웹은 20 내지 80gsm의 평량 및 5cc/g 초과의 시트 벌크를 가지는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 및 제3 다층 티슈 웹은 10 내지 40gsm의 평량 및 10% 미만의 분할 평량 차를 가지는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 다층 티슈 웹을 캘린더링하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 2겹 티슈 제품을 제조하는 방법으로,
a. 제1 및 제2 섬유성 외부층 및 그 사이에 배치된 중간 섬유성 층을 포함하는 크레이핑되지 않은 통기 건조된 티슈 웹을 제공하는 단계;
b. 상기 크레이핑되지 않은 통기 건조된 웹을 수평으로 분할해서 제2 및 제3 다층 티슈 웹을 형성하는 단계로, 여기서 상기 제2 및 제3 다층 티슈 웹은 각각 2개의 층을 포함하는, 단계; 및
c. 상기 제2 및 제3 다층 티슈 웹을 함께 겹쳐서 2겹 티슈 제품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 외부층은 북부 연질목 크래프트 섬유와 경질목 크래프트 섬유, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 목재 펄프 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 중간 섬유성 층은 남부 연질목 크래프트 섬유, 고 수율 펄프 섬유 및 가교 결합된 섬유, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 목재 펄프 섬유를 포함하는, 방법.

a. 제1 및 제2 섬유성 외부층 및 그 사이에 배치된 중간 섬유성 층을 포함하는 제1 다층 통기 건조된 티슈 웹을 형성하는 단계;
b. 한 쌍의 대향 롤들에 의해 형성된 닙을 통해 상기 웹을 통과시켜서 상기 제1 다층 통기 건조된 티슈 웹을 캘린더링하는 단계로, 여기서 상기 캘린더링된 웹은 100 내지 250그램 힘(gf)의 평균 분할력을 가지는, 단계;
c. 상기 제1 다층 티슈 웹을 수평으로 분할해서 제2 및 제3 다층 티슈 웹을 형성하는 단계로, 여기서 상기 제2 및 제3 다층 티슈 웹은 각각 2개의 층을 포함하는, 단계; 그리고
d. 상기 제2 및 제3 다층 티슈 웹을 함께 겹쳐서 여러 겹 티슈 제품을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제18항에 있어서, 상기 제1 다층 티슈 웹은 20 내지 80gsm의 평량 및 5cc/g 초과의 시트 벌크를 가지는, 방법.
