Claims (11)
- 메탈-프탈로시아닌계 색재(colorants) 시료의 전처리 방법으로서,
(A) 상기 메탈-프탈로시아닌계 색재 시료를 질산 및 물의 혼합용액에 첨가하고 30℃ 내지 70℃에서 가열한 후 상온으로 식히는 단계;
(B) 상기 (A) 단계에서 얻은 용액에 추가의 물을 첨가하여 침전물을 형성시키는 단계; 및
(C) 상기 (B) 단계에서 형성된 침전물을 분리한 후 건조시켜 고형화된 프탈이미드를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 전처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메탈-프탈로시아닌계 색재에 포함된 금속이 Cu, Zn, Fe, Co, Ni 및 Al 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 전처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 질산과 물은 1:5 내지 5:1의 부피비로 사용되는 것인 전처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 단계에서의 가열 공정은 30℃ 내지 70℃에서 20 내지 50분 동안 수행되는 것인 전처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 단계에서 추가로 첨가되는 물의 양은 상기 (A) 단계에 사용된 질산 및 물의 혼합용액의 부피를 기준으로 10 내지 20배인 전처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 단계에서, 상기 질산 및 물의 혼합용액은 상기 메탈-프탈로시아닌계 색재 시료 50mg에 대해 0.5 내지 5 mL의 양으로 사용되는 전처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (C) 단계에서의 건조 공정은 120 내지 180℃의 온도에서 수행되는 전처리 방법. - 삭제
