Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 대전류의 충방전 패스와, 소전류의 전압 측정 라인의 전기적 연결을 보호하기 위한 포팅수지와 접착수지를 구비함으로써, 충방전 패스와 전압 측정 라인의 단선을 방지하고 전기적 내구 특성이 향상될 수 있는 배터리 팩이 제공된다.

도 4에는, 도 3에 도시된 배터리 셀을 도시한 도면으로, 냉각 유로를 설명하기 위한 도면이 도시되어 있다.
도 5에는, 다수의 버스 바의 배열 내지는 다수의 버스 바가 배열된 배터리 셀의 전기적 연결을 설명하기 위한 도면이 도시되어 있다.
도 6a 내지 도 6c에는 본 발명과 비교되는 비교예에 따른 전기적 연결을 개략적으로 보여주는 도면들이 도시되어 있다.
도 7에는, 배터리 셀이 조립되는 셀 홀더의 구조를 설명하기 위한 분해 사시도가 도시되어 있다.

Claims (21)
- 배터리 셀;
상기 배터리 셀의 높이 방향을 따라 상기 배터리 셀의 상단부 또는 하단부의 중앙 부분과 대응되는 위치에 형성된 포팅수지; 및
상기 배터리 셀의 높이 방향을 따라 상기 배터리 셀의 상단부 또는 하단부의 중앙 부분을 둘러싸는 테두리 부분과 대응되는 위치에 형성된 접착수지;를 포함하고,
상기 배터리 셀의 상단부 또는 하단부의 중앙 부분에는, 서로 다른 배터리 셀을 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 버스 바가 결합되고,
상기 배터리 셀의 상단부 또는 하단부의 테두리 부분에는 회로기판과 연결되는 접속부재가 결합되며,
상기 접착수지는 상기 배터리 셀과 결합되는 접속부재의 접합부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 포팅수지는, 상기 배터리 셀의 상단부 또는 하단부와 상기 버스 바 사이의 결합부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버스 바는, 배터리 셀의 상단부에 결합되는 버스 바 양단의 결합편을 포함하고,
상기 버스 바의 상부에는, 상기 버스 바 양단의 결합편을 각각 노출시키는 충진 홀이 형성된 상기 회로기판이 배치되며,
상기 포팅수지는, 상기 회로기판의 충진 홀에 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀이 조립되는 것으로, 상기 배터리 셀의 상단부를 노출시키기 위한 단자 홀이 형성된 셀 홀더를 더 포함하고,
상기 셀 홀더의 단자 홀 및 상기 회로기판의 충진 홀은 상기 배터리 셀의 높이 방향을 따라 서로 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 버스 바는,
상기 양단의 결합편 사이를 연결해주는 중앙의 돌출 연결편; 및
상기 양단의 결합편과 중앙의 돌출 연결편 사이를 절곡된 형태로 이어주며, 배터리 셀의 높이 방향을 따라 양단의 결합편으로부터 배터리 셀과 이격된 높이에서 돌출 연결편을 지지해주는 절곡부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 회로기판에는, 상기 돌출 연결편을 노출시키기 위한 도피 홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀의 상단부의 테두리 부분에는 상기 접속부재가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 셀의 상부에는 상기 배터리 셀과 전기적으로 연결되는 상기 회로기판이 배치되며,
상기 접속부재는, 상기 회로기판의 접속 홀을 관통하여 배터리 셀과 회로기판 사이를 전기적으로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 접속부재의 일단부는, 배터리 셀의 상단부의 테두리 부분과 접합부를 형성하고,
상기 접속부재의 타단부는, 회로기판과 접합부를 형성하며,
상기 접착수지는, 상기 접속부재의 일단부 및 타단부의 접합부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 접착수지는, 상기 접속부재의 일단부 및 타단부의 접합부를 연속적으로 함께 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 접착수지는, 상기 접속부재를 전체적으로 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 접속부재는, 도전성 와이어 또는 도전성 리본을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 회로기판의 접속 홀은, 상기 배터리 셀의 상단부의 테두리 부분을 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 접착수지는, 상기 접속 홀을 통하여 노출된 배터리 셀의 상단부의 테두리 부분을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 접착수지에 의해 덮인 배터리 셀 주변에 형성된 냉각 유로와 연결되며 상기 회로기판을 관통하도록 연장되는 중공 돌출부가 형성된 셀 홀더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 접속 홀은, 상기 배터리 셀의 상단부의 테두리 부분과 더불어, 상기 중공 돌출부를 함께 노출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 접속 홀은, 이웃한 서로 다른 배터리 셀의 상단부의 테두리 부분을 함께 노출시키고,
서로 다른 배터리 셀의 상단부의 테두리 부분에는 각각 서로 다른 접속부재가 접합되며,
상기 접착수지는, 서로 다른 접속부재의 일단부 및 타단부에 형성된 접합부를 함께 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 접착수지는, 서로 다른 접속부재를 전체적으로 덮어주면서, 상기 접속 홀을 통하여 노출된 서로 다른 배터리 셀의 상단부의 테두리 부분을 연속적으로 함께 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 포팅수지와 접착수지는 서로 다른 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접착수지는 2액형 경화성 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
