Claims (11)
- (A-1) 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무 평균 입경이 0.05 ㎛ 내지 0.2 ㎛인 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체와 (A-2) 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무 평균 입경이 0.2 ㎛ 초과 내지 0.7 ㎛ 이하인 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체를 중량비 1:1.5 내지 1:4로 포함하는 베이스 수지 17 내지 49 중량%; 및
(B) 중량평균분자량이 50,000 내지 200,000 g/mol인 방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 공중합체 51 내지 83 중량%를 포함하고,
도금 밀착력이 9 N/cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 크롬-프리 에칭액용 열가소성 수지 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 (A-1) 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체 및 (A-2) 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체의 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무는 독립적으로 알킬기의 탄소수가 1 내지 10인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 (A-1) 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체 및 (A-2) 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체는 독립적으로 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무 20 내지 80 중량%, 방향족 비닐 화합물 10 내지 70 중량% 및 비닐시안 화합물 5 내지 50 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 공중합체는 비닐시안 화합물 20 내지 40 중량% 및 방향족 비닐 화합물 60 내지 80 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 용융지수(220 ℃, 10 kg)가 14 내지 36 g/10min인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 충격강도가 15 kgf·cm/cm2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- (A-1) 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무 평균 입경이 0.05 ㎛ 내지 0.2 ㎛인 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체와 (A-2) 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무 평균 입경이 0.2 ㎛ 초과 내지 0.7 ㎛ 이하인 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 그라프트 공중합체를 중량비 1:1.5 내지 1:4로 포함하는 베이스 수지 17 내지 49 중량%; 및 (B) 중량평균분자량이 50,000 내지 200,000 g/mol인 방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 공중합체 51 내지 83 중량%;를 혼련 및 압출하는 단계를 포함하고, 도금 밀착력이 9 N/cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
성형품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물을 사출하여 사출품을 얻는 단계;
상기 사출품을 크롬-프리 에칭액을 사용하여 에칭하는 단계; 및
상기 에칭된 사출품을 도금하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
성형품의 제조방법.
