Claims (12)
- 섬유 기재; 및 상기 섬유 기재 표면의 적어도 일 부분상에 부착되고, 폴리에스테르 원사를 경사 또는 위사 성분으로 포함하는 보강 직물을 포함하는 에어백 쿠션이고,
상기 폴리에스테르 원사는 8.0 g/d 이상의 강도를 갖고, 4.5 g/d 하중에서 측정된 중간신도가 3.0 내지 6.0 % 범위이며, 초기탄성계수가 120 내지 150 g/d 범위이고,
상기 보강 직물은 경사 방향 또는 위사 방향에서 인치당 24 본 이상 내지 35 본 이하의 가공 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 원사는 건열수축율이 10 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 원사는 하기 식 1에 의해 구해지는 형태안정지수가 10 이하를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션:

형태안정지수 = 원사의 중간신도 + 원사의 건열수축률 - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강 직물은 상기 폴리에스테르 원사를 경사 및 위사 성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강 직물은 경사 방향 및 위사 방향에서 각각 인치당 24 본 이상 내지 35 본 이하의 가공 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 원사의 총섬도는 420 데니어 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강 직물을 1 겹 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 기재는 나일론 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리올레핀 섬유, 및 아라미드 섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유 기재는 직물 또는 부직포를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 쿠션.
- 섬유 기재; 및 상기 섬유 기재 표면의 적어도 일 부분상에 부착되고, 폴리에스테르 원사를 경사 또는 위사 성분으로 포함하는 보강 직물을 포함하는 에어백 쿠션의 제조방법이고,
상기 방법은,
8.0 g/d 이상의 강도를 갖고, 4.5 g/d 하중에서 측정된 중간신도가 3.0 내지 6.0 %를 만족하며, 초기탄성계수가 120 내지 150 g/d 범위를 만족하는 폴리에스테르 원사를 이용하여 경사 방향 및 위사 방향에서의 직상 밀도가 20 본 이상인 직물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 직물을 150 ℃ 이상의 온도에서 열처리하여 경사 또는 위사 방향에서의 가공 밀도가 24 본 이상 내지 35 본 이하인 보강 직물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 보강 직물을 섬유 기재 표면의 적어도 일 부분 상에 부착하는 단계;
를 포함하는 에어백 쿠션의 제조방법.
