Claims (15)
- 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물로서,
(a) (i) 본원에서 기술되는 것과 같이, 정량적 13C NMR 분광학에 의해 측정된, 98.0 몰% 이상의 펜타드 아이소탁틱성(mmmm),
(ii) 본원에서 기술되는 것과 같이, 정량적 13C NMR 분광학에 의해 측정된, 2.0 몰%보다 많지 않은 상대적인 양의 <2,1> 에리트로 위치-결함
을 가지는, 총 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로, 90 중량%보다 적지 않은 프로필렌 단일중합체, 및
(b) 총 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로, 0.001 내지 1.0 중량%의 양의 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌의 베타-변형에 대해 선택적인 핵화제(B)
를 포함하며,
상기 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌의 베타-변형에 대해 선택적인 핵화제(B)는 퀴나크리돈 유형 화합물 및 주기율표의 제IIa 족으로부터의 금속의 다이카르복실산 염으로부터 선택되고,
상기 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물은 0.1 내지 10 g/10분의 ISO 1133에 따르는 용융 유량 MFR2(230℃, 2.16 kg), 본원에서 기술된 광각 X-선 산란(WAXS)에 의해 측정된 80%보다 적지 않은 베타-상 함량을 가지는, 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
4.0보다 적지 않은 상대적인 샤르피 노치 충격 강도 개선 △NIS(23℃)를 가지며, △NIS(23℃)는
△NIS =(NISnuc - NISPP) / NISPP
에 의해 정의되고,
여기서 NISnuc는 β-핵화된 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물의 23℃에서의 샤르피 노치 충격 강도이며 NISPP는 비-핵화된 프로필렌 단일중합체(a)의 23℃에서의 샤르피 노치 충격 강도이고, 23℃에서의 샤르피 노치 충격 강도는 ISO 179 1eA에 따라 측정되는 것인, 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
ISO 179 1eA에 따라 측정된, 30 kJ/m2보다 적지 않은 23℃에서의 절대 샤르피 노치 충격 강도를 가지는 것인, 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
1200 내지 2000 MPa의 범위의, ISO 178에 따라 측정된 굴곡 탄성률을 가지는 것인, 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
적어도 140℃의 주요 용융 온도(Tm) 및/또는 적어도 114℃의 결정화 온도(Tc)를 가지며, Tm 및 Tc는 시차 주사 열량측정법(DSC)에 의해 측정되는 것인, 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
본원에서 기술되는 것과 같이 광각 X-선 산란(WAXS)에 의해 측정된, 5.0% 미만의 감마-변형의 상대적인 함량을 가지는 것인, 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
본원에서 기술되는 것과 같이 광각 X-선 산란(WAXS)에 의해 측정된, 85%보다 적지 않은 베타-상 함량을 가지는 것인, 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
프로필렌 단일중합체(A)는 300 kg/mol보다 큰 중량 평균 분자량 Mw 및 4.0보다 크지 않은 중량 평균 분자량과 수평균 분자량의 비율 Mw/Mn을 가지며, Mw 및 Mn은 둘 다 본원에서 기술되는 것과 같이 크기 배제 크로마토그래피(SEC)에 의해 측정되는 것인, 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
프로필렌 단일중합체(A)는 1.5 중량% 미만의 함량의 자일렌 저온 가용성 물질(XCS) 분획을 가지는 것인, 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물의 제조 공정으로서,
(i) 프로필렌을 단일-부위 중합반응 촉매의 존재 하에 제1항에서 정의된 프로필렌 단일중합체(A)로 중합하는 단계,
(ii) 용융 혼합 장치에서 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌의 베타-변형에 대해 선택적인 적합한 양의 핵화제(B)와 상기 프로필렌 단일중합체(A)를 용융 혼합하는 단계, 및
(iii) 결과적으로 얻어진 용융물을 스트란드 또는 수중 펠릿화 공정으로 응고시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 공정. - 제10항에 있어서,
프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물은 담지된 메탈로센 촉매의 존재 하에 제조된 것인, 공정. - 제10항에 있어서,
프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물은
(i) 식 (I)의 착체:

M은 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고;
각각의 X는 시그마 리간드이며;
L은 -R'2C-, -R'2C-CR'2-, -R'2Si-, -R'2Si-SiR'2-, -R'2Ge-로부터 선택된 이가 가교로, 각각의 R'는 독립적으로 수소 원자, C1-C20-하이드로카르빌, 트라이(C1-C20-알킬)실릴, C6-C20-아릴, C7-C20-아릴알킬 또는 C7-C20-알킬아릴이고;
각각의 R1은 독립적으로 원소 주기율표의 14-16족으로부터의 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 선택적으로 함유하는 C1-C20 하이드로카르빌 라디칼이거나, 또는 원소 주기율표의 14-16족에 속하는 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 선택적으로 함유하는 사이클로펜타다이에닐 고리에 대해 β-원자에서 분지된 C4-C20 하이드로카르빌 라디칼이거나, 또는 β-원자가 Si-원자인 사이클로펜타다이에닐 고리에 대해 β-원자에서 분지된 C3-C20 하이드로카르빌 라디칼이며;
각각의 Ra는 독립적으로 수소 또는 원소 주기율표의 14-16족으로부터의 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 선택적으로 함유하는 지방족 C1-C20 하이드로카르빌 기이고;
각각의 Rb는 독립적으로 수소 또는 원소 주기율표의 14-16족으로부터의 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 선택적으로 함유하는 지방족 C1-C20 하이드로카르빌 기이거나; 또는
인접한 탄소 원자 상의 Ra 및 Rb 기는 함께 취해져서 n개의 기 R2(n은 0 내지 3임)에 의해 선택적으로 치환되는 5-원 포화 탄소 고리를 형성할 수 있으며;
각각의 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고 원소 주기율표의 14-16족에 속하는 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 선택적으로 함유하는 C1-C20 하이드로카르빌 기, 또는 C1-C20 하이드로카르빌 라디칼일 수 있으며;
각각의 R4는 독립적으로 원소 주기율표의 14-16족으로부터의 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 선택적으로 함유하는 지방족 C1-20 하이드로카르빌 기 또는 수소 원자이고;
각각의 W 기는 독립적으로 하나 이상의 기 R3에 의해 선택적으로 치환된 최대 20개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴 기이며;
각각의 R3은 동일하거나 상이하고 원소 주기율표의 14-16족에 속하는 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 선택적으로 함유하는 C1-C20 하이드로카르빌 기이거나; 또는 인접한 탄소 원자 상의 2개의 R3 기는 함께 취해져서 W 기와 융합된 5- 또는 6-원 비-방향족 고리를 형성할 수 있으며, 상기 고리는 그 자체로 하나 이상의 C1-C20 하이드로카르빌 기(들)로 선택적으로 치환되거나, 또는 2개의 인접한 R3 기는 함께 취해져서 하나 또는 2개의 기 R3에 의해 선택적으로 치환된 W에 대해 축합된 추가의 단환식 또는 다환식 고리를 형성할 수 있는 것인, 착체;
및
(ii) 선택적으로 원소 주기율표의 13족의 금속의 화합물을 포함하는 보조-촉매
를 포함하는 촉매 시스템의 존재 하에 제조된 것인, 공정. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 프로필렌 단일중합체 조성물의 압축 성형 또는 압출에 의해 얻을 수 있는, 성형된 프로필렌 단일중합체 생성물.
- 제13항에 있어서,
유체 수송 시스템, 여과 시스템 또는 유체 저장 시스템의 파이프, 필터 플레이트, 피팅 또는 임의의 다른 부분으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 성형된, 프로필렌 단일중합체 생성물. - 삭제
