Claims (11)
- 석유계 연료를 연소하는 연소로에서 배출된 연소재의 처리방법으로서,
상기 연소재를 건식 분리법에 의해 중질분과 경질분으로 분리하는 것,
상기 경질분을 상기 연소로로 연료로서 공급하여 가열 용융함으로써, 상기 경질분인 연소재의 미연탄소를 저감시킴과 함께 중금속을 농축시키는 것, 및
상기 중질분을 회수하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소재의 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리하는 것이, 상기 연소재를 상기 중질분과 상기 경질분으로 건식 비중분리하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소재의 처리방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분리하는 것이, 유동층을 이용하여 상기 연소재를 상기 중질분과 상기 경질분으로 부침분리하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소재의 처리방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 유동층의 유동매체가 상기 연소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 연소재의 처리방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
회수한 상기 중질분으로부터 적어도 바나듐을 포함하는 금속을 분리 주출하는 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소재의 처리방법. - 석유계 연료를 연소하는 연소로와,
상기 연소로에서 배출된 연소재를 회신하는 건식 집진기와,
상기 건식 집진기로 회수된 상기 연소재를 중질분과 경질분으로 분리하는 건식 분리장치와,
상기 경질분을 상기 연소로로 연료로서 공급하는 경질분 반송라인과,
상기 중질분을 회수하는 회수용기를 가지는 연소재의 처리시스템을 구비하고,
상기 연소로에서 상기 경질분을 가열 용융함으로써, 상기 경질분인 연소재의 미연탄소를 저감시킴과 함께 중금속을 농축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유계 연료연소 플랜트. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 건식 분리장치는, 상기 연소재를 상기 중질분과 상기 경질분으로 비중분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유계 연료연소 플랜트. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 건식 분리장치가, 상기 연소재 중의 상기 경질분과 상기 중질분을 부침분리하는 유동층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유계 연료연소 플랜트. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 유동층의 유동매체가 상기 연소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 석유계 연료연소 플랜트. - 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 회수용기로 회수된 상기 중질분으로부터 바나듐을 분리추출하는 금속분리추출장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유계 연료연소 플랜트. - 삭제
