상기 폐와이어 회수부(3)를 회전시키는 회전 구동부(5);를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 폐와이어 회수부(3)는 상기 폐와이어(W)를 받기 위한 판체(21)를 포함하며,
상기 판체(21)는 상기 폐와이어(W)를 수거하도록 상기 판체(21)의 바닥(23)에 회전 가능하게 설치되어, 상기 판체(21)의 회전속도(Vt)가 상기 폐와이어(W)의 낙하속도(Vd)보다 빠를 때 상기 판체(21)의 회전방향과 반대방향으로 상대 회전하는 슬립판(20)을 포함하며,
상기 회전 구동부(5)는 상기 판체(21)에 연결되어, 상기 판체(21)를 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐와이어 회수장치. - 삭제
