Claims (13)
- 탄소나노튜브 분산액 조성물 100중량부에 대하여, 실란졸 10 내지 100중량부를 포함하는 전도성 코팅액 조성물에 있어서,
상기 전도성 코팅액 조성물 100중량%에 대해 극성 용매 0.1 내지 5중량%를 포함하며,
상기 탄소나노튜브 분산액 조성물은 탄소나노튜브 0.05 내지 20중량%, 폴리아크릴산 수지 0.02 내지 40중량%, 탄소수 2 내지 5의 직쇄의 알칸올 50 내지 99.93중량%로 포함하며,
상기 탄소나노튜브 분산액 조성물은 탄소나노튜브 분산액 조성물 100 중량%에 대하여, 분산제로서 아크릴계 블록 공중합체 0.1 내지 2 중량%를 더 포함하는 전도성 코팅액 조성물. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 극성 용매는 극성도가 10 이상인 전도성 코팅액 조성물. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 극성 용매는 n-메틸 피롤리돈(n-methyl pyrolidone, NMP), 디메틸 설폭시드(dimethyl sulphoxide, DMSO) 및 디메틸 포름아미드(dimethyl formamide, DMF) 중 어느 하나 이상인 전도성 코팅액 조성물. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 실란졸은 알콕시실란 화합물, 알코올계 용매 및 물을 포함하는 전도성 코팅액 조성물. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 실란졸 총 중량에 대하여, 알콕시실란 화합물 20 내지 60중량%, 알코올계 용매 10 내지 70중량% 및 물 5 내지 60중량%로 포함하는 전도성 코팅액 조성물. - 제1 항 내지 제3 항 또는 제5 항 내지 제6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전도성 코팅액 조성물로 형성된 정전기 방지막을 포함하는 표시장치.
- 하부편광판 상에 위치하는 표시패널;
상기 표시패널 상에 위치하는 상부편광판; 및
상기 표시패널의 상부기판과 상기 상부편광판 사이에 배치된 정전기 방지막을 포함하며,
상기 정전기 방지막은 제 1항에 따른 전도성 코팅액 조성물로 형성되며, 면저항(Sheet Resistance) 값이 104Ω/□ 내지 109Ω/□ 인 표시장치. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널에는 터치 전극이 내장되어 있는 표시장치. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 표시패널 상부 또는 하부에 터치 전극 위치하는 표시장치. - 제8 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브의 면저항 값은 1000Ω/□ 내지 20000Ω/□ 인 표시장치. - 제 1항에 따른 전도성 코팅액 조성물로 형성되며, 면저항(Sheet Resistance) 값이 104Ω/□ 내지 109Ω/□ 인 정전기 방지막.
- 제12 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소나노튜브의 면저항 값은 1000Ω/□ 내지 20000Ω/□ 인 정전기 방지막.
