Claims (10)
- 제1노드와 제2노드를 포함하는 전하 펌프;
상기 제1노드와 상기 제2노드 사이에 연결된 플라잉 커패시터;
전압 레귤레이터;
상기 제1노드와 상기 제2노드 중에서 어느 하나와 상기 전압 레귤레이터의 출력 단자 사이에 연결된 제1스위치;
상기 제1노드와 상기 제2노드 중에서 다른 하나와 접지 사이에 연결된 제2스위치;
디스플레이 드라이버 IC로 공급되는 동작 전압의 비정상적인 파워 오프를 검출하고, 검출 신호를 생성하는 파워 검출기; 및
상기 검출 신호에 응답하여 상기 제1스위치와 상기 제2스위치를 온(on)하기 위한 제1스위치 신호들을 생성하는 타이밍 제어 회로를 포함하는 디스플레이 드라이버 IC. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파워 검출기는,
상기 동작 전압이 문턱 전압보다 낮아질 때, 상기 비정상적인 파워 오프를 검출하고, 상기 검출 신호를 생성하는 디스플레이 드라이버 IC. - 제1항에 있어서,
소스 드라이버 회로; 및
게이트 드라이버 회로를 더 포함하고,
상기 비정상적인 파워 오프가 검출될 때, 상기 플라잉 커패시터에 저장된 전하들은 온-된 상기 제1스위치를 통해 상기 소스 드라이버 회로와 상기 게이트 드라이버 회로 중에서 적어도 하나로 전송되는 디스플레이 드라이버 IC. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 플라잉 커패시터에 저장된 상기 전하들에 상응하는 충전 전압은 상기 동작 전압과 같거나 높고,
상기 충전 전압은 상기 전압 레귤레이터의 출력 전압보다 더 높거나 더 낮은 디스플레이 드라이버 IC. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전압 레귤레이터는 커패시터가-없는 로우 드랍아웃(capacitor-less low dropout) 전압 레귤레이터인 디스플레이 드라이버 IC. - 소스 라인들, 게이트 라인들, 및 픽셀들을 포함하는 디스플레이 패널; 및
상기 디스플레이 패널을 구동하는 디스플레이 드라이버 IC를 포함하고,
상기 디스플레이 드라이버 IC는,
제1노드와 제2노드를 포함하는 전하 펌프;
상기 제1노드와 상기 제2노드 사이에 연결된 플라잉 커패시터;
전압 레귤레이터;
상기 제1노드와 상기 제2노드 중에서 어느 하나와 상기 전압 레귤레이터의 출력 단자 사이에 연결된 제1스위치;
상기 제1노드와 상기 제2노드 중에서 다른 하나와 접지 사이에 연결된 제2스위치;
상기 디스플레이 드라이버 IC로 공급되는 동작 전압의 비정상적인 파워 오프를 검출하고, 검출 신호를 생성하는 파워 검출기; 및
상기 검출 신호에 응답하여 상기 제1스위치와 상기 제2스위치를 온(on)하기 위한 제1스위치 신호들을 생성하는 타이밍 제어 회로를 포함하는 디스플레이 시스템. - 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 드라이버 IC는,
상기 소스 라인들을 구동하는 소스 드라이버 회로; 및
상기 게이트 라인들을 구동하는 게이트 드라이버 회로를 더 포함하고,
상기 비정상적인 파워 오프가 검출될 때, 상기 플라잉 커패시터에 저장된 전하들은 온-된 상기 제1스위치를 통해 상기 소스 드라이버 회로와 상기 게이트 드라이버 회로 중에서 적어도 하나로 전송되는 디스플레이 시스템. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 드라이버 IC는,
칩-온-필름(chip-on film (COF)) 패키지, 칩-온-유리(chip-on glass(COG)) 패키지, 칩-온-플렉스(chip-on flex) 패키지, 칩-온-보드(chip-on-board) 패키지, 또는 테이프 캐리어 패키지(tape carrier package(TCP))에 포함되는 디스플레이 시스템.
