Claims (8)
- 아가로즈 겔 제조 및 전기영동 틀로서,
아가로즈 수용부를 형성하는 플레이트; 및
상기 플레이트를 수용하고 아가로즈 겔의 제조를 위한 공간을 제공하도록 제1 면에 형성되는 겔 제조부와, 아가로즈 겔이 제조된 상기 플레이트를 수용하고 전기영동이 실시되는 공간을 제공하도록 상기 제1 면의 반대쪽 면인 제2 면에 형성되는 전기영동부를 구비하는 본체를 포함하되,
상기 겔 제조부와 상기 전기영동부는 일체로 형성되어 하나의 본체를 이루고,
상기 플레이트는,
상기 겔 제조부에 지지되고 상기 아가로즈 수용부를 형성하는 저면부;
상기 저면부를 관통하도록 형성되는 관통홀; 및
상기 아가로즈 수용부를 형성하도록 상기 저면부의 단부에 세워지는 측면부; 및
상기 측면부의 단부에서 양 측으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 그립부를 구비하고,
상기 겔 제조부는,
상기 저면부를 지지하는 본체 저면부;
상기 저면부의 단부를 지지하도록 세워져 상기 아가로즈 수용부를 폐쇄하도록 형성되는 본체 측면부; 및
상기 본체 저면부로부터 상기 관통홀을 관통하여 상기 아가로즈 수용부로 돌출되도록 형성되는 돌출부를 구비하고,
상기 전기영동부는,
상기 플레이트가 고정되도록 결합되는 안착홈; 및
상기 안착홈의 복수의 모서리 부위에 배치되고, 상기 전기영동의 실시를 위한 도선 또는 전극이 고정되는 복수의 보스부를 구비하고,
상기 본체는,
상기 겔 제조부와 상기 전기영동부 사이에서 연장되는 외측벽부; 및
상기 복수의 보스부에 고정되는 상기 도선 또는 상기 전극이 고정되거나 인출 가능하도록 상기 외측벽부의 상기 전기영동부 측 단부에서 리세스되어 상기 복수의 보스부 인근에 형성되는 연통홈을 더 구비하는, 아가로즈 겔 제조 및 전기영동 틀.
