Abstract
Description
도 2는 UV 램프에 의해 이산화염소가 발생되는 과정을 나타낸 모식도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 제1유닛에서 UV램프 및 산화티타늄층에 의한 악취제거 원리를 설명한 개념도이다.

Claims (12)
- 자외선조사에 의하여 이산화염소를 발생시키는 이산화염소 전구물질층; 상기 이산화염소 전구물질층의 전면 또는 후면에 배치되어 자외선을 조사하는 UV램프층; 상기 UV램프층의 전면 또는 후면에 배치된 산화티타늄 광촉매층 및 상기 이산화염소 전구물질층의 후면에 배치되어 이산화염소를 흡착하는 흡착제층을 포함하는 제1유닛과,
오존제거용 촉매와 활성탄이 함유된 활성탄 박스를 포함하고 상기 제1유닛의 후단에 설치되는 제2유닛을 포함하는, 악취제거 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이산화염소 전구물질층은 아염소산나트륨, 아염소산나트륨과 유기산의 혼합물, 그리고 과황산염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이산화염소 전구물질층은 포타슘 퍼설페이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡착제층은 제올라이트 또는 실리카겔을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오존제거용 촉매는 산화망간과 산화구리의 복합물인 홉칼라이트(CuMnOx)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 시스템. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 활성탄 박스는 상기 활성탄과 오존제거용 촉매를 90~95:5~10의 중량비로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 시스템. - 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 활성탄 박스는 허니콤(Honeycomb) 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2유닛이 상기 제1유닛의 후단에 복수로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제2유닛이 상기 제1유닛의 후단에 분지된 형태로 이중으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 시스템. - UV램프의 자외선 조사에 의해 생성된 이산화염소로 악취분자를 산화시키는 단계;
상기 이산화염소를 흡착제층에 흡착시켜 흡착된 이산화염소와 악취분자를 반응시키는 단계;,
UV램프와 산화티타늄 광촉매에 의해 발생한 라디칼 및 오존과 반응시켜 악취분자를 물리화학적으로 제거하는 단계;
활성탄에 악취분자를 흡착시켜 물리적으로 제거하는 단계 및
상기 악취분자와 반응하고 남은 잔류오존을 오존제거용 촉매를 사용하여 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 악취제거 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 UV램프의 자외선 조사에 의해 생성된 이산화염소는,
아염소산나트륨, 아염소산나트륨과 유기산의 혼합물, 그리고 과황산염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 이산화염소 전구물질층에 자외선을 조사시켜 이산화염소를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 방법. - 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서,
상기 활성탄과 오존제거용 촉매는 90~95:5~10의 중량비로 혼합된 상태로 허니콤 형태의 활성탄 박스를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취제거 방법.
