Claims (15)
- 다공질 기재와,
상기 다공질 기재의 편면 또는 양면에 마련되고, 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지를 포함하는 접착성 다공질층
을 구비하고,
상기 접착성 다공질층은, X선 회절법으로 측정해서 얻은 X선 회절 스펙트럼에 있어서, 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지의 α정(晶) 유래 피크의 면적 강도와 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지의 β정 유래 피크의 면적 강도와의 합계에서 차지하는 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지의 β정 유래 피크의 면적 강도의 비율이 10% 이상 100% 이하이며,
상기 면적 강도의 비율은, 세퍼레이터에 프레스 처리를 하기 전에 측정된 것인
비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 다공질층은, X선 회절법으로 측정해서 얻은 X선 회절 스펙트럼에 있어서, 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지의 α정 유래 피크의 면적 강도와 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지의 β정 유래 피크의 면적 강도와의 합계에서 차지하는 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지의 β정 유래 피크의 면적 강도의 비율이 10% 이상 35% 이하인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 다공질층은, 시차 주사 열량 측정을 행해서 얻은 시차 주사 열량 곡선에 있어서, 흡열 피크의 반값 폭이 15℃ 이상 30℃ 이하인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 다공질층이 결정 형태 제어제를 더 포함하는, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 결정 형태 제어제가 층상 점토 광물인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 층상 점토 광물이, 헥토라이트, 사포나이트, 스티븐사이트, 바이델라이트, 몬모릴로나이트 및 팽윤성 운모로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 층상 점토 광물이, 인터칼레이트제에 의한 처리가 실시된 층상 점토 광물인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 층상 점토 광물이, 유기 오늄이온을 층간에 갖는 층상 점토 광물인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 다공질층에 포함되는 상기 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지와 상기 층상 점토 광물의 질량비가 99.9:0.1∼95.0:5.0인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 다공질층의 중량이 상기 다공질 기재의 편면에 있어서 0.5g/㎡ 이상 2.0g/㎡ 이하인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 다공질 기재와 상기 접착성 다공질층과의 사이의 박리 강도가 0.20N/12㎜ 이상 1.20N/12㎜ 이하인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터의 걸리값에서 상기 다공질 기재의 걸리값을 감산한 값이, 90초/100㏄ 이하인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 접착성 다공질층이 금속 수산화물 입자 및 금속 산화물 입자로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 입자를 더 포함하고,
상기 접착성 다공질층에 있어서의 상기 입자의 함유량이, 상기 폴리불화비닐리덴계 수지와 상기 입자의 합계량에 대해서 10질량% 이상 80질량% 미만인, 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터. - 삭제
- 양극과, 음극과, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극의 사이에 배치된 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 비수계 이차전지용 세퍼레이터를 구비하고, 리튬의 도프·탈도프에 의해 기전력을 얻는 비수계 이차전지.
