Claims (15)
- 중심영역 및 상기 중심영역을 둘러싸는 주변영역을 구비한 플렉서블 기판;
상기 중심영역에 배치된 표시부;
상기 표시부를 덮으며, 적어도 하나의 무기막 및 적어도 하나의 유기막을 포함하는 봉지박막;
상기 주변영역에 배치되고, 오목부를 구비한 절연층;
금속성 소재를 포함하며, 상기 오목부 내에 위치하되 상기 오목부의 경사면을 적어도 일부 덮는 패턴부; 및
상기 주변영역에서 상기 기판과 상기 절연층 사이에 개재되는 하부 절연층;
을 포함하고,
상기 패턴부는 상기 오목부를 통해 상기 하부 절연층의 상면과 직접 접촉하고, 상기 패턴부의 상면은 불규칙한, 디스플레이 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
