Claims (23)
- 가교결합 중합체를 형성하기 위한 회전 몰딩 공정을 위한 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물로서,
(i) 적어도 하나의 단량체성 에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드 0.5 내지 30 중량%,
(ii) 적어도 하나의 포화 유기 퍼옥사이드 15 내지 40 중량%,
(iii) 상기 단량체성 에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드 이외의, 적어도 하나의 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 자유 라디칼-반응성 단일-불포화 또는 다중-불포화 화합물 35 내지 70 중량% 및
(iv) 적어도 하나의 자유 라디칼 트랩 화합물 1 내지 10 중량%를 포함하고,
에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드 대 포화 유기 퍼옥사이드의 중량비가 0.5:9.5 내지 9.5:0.5인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드는 적어도 하나의 디알킬 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 것인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드는 이소프로페닐 모이어티, (메트)아크릴레이트 모이어티, 푸마레이트 모이어티, 말레에이트 모이어티, 및 이타코네이트 모이어티로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 모이어티를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 것인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 자유 라디칼-반응성 단일-불포화 또는 다중-불포화 화합물은 방취제 화합물 및 가교결합 공동작용제(coagent)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 자유 라디칼 트랩 화합물은 니트록사이드, 퀴논 화합물, 힌더드 페놀 항산화성 라디칼 소거제, 바이오플라보노이드, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 자유-라디칼 반응성 단일-불포화 또는 다중-불포화 화합물은 알파-피넨, 베타-피넨, 유젠올, 리모넨, 자스몬산, 오렌지 오일, 오렌지의 불포화 성분, 레몬 오일의 불포화 성분, 자스민 오일의 불포화 성분, 장미 오일의 불포화 성분, 라일락 오일의 불포화 성분, 바이올렛 오일의 불포화 성분, 정향 오일의 불포화 성분, 히아신스 오일의 불포화 성분, 백합 오일의 불포화 성분, 트리알릴 시아누레이트, 트리알릴 이소시아누레이트, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 포화 유기 퍼옥사이드는 포화 디알킬 퍼옥사이드, 포화 엔도 퍼옥사이드, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 포화 유기 퍼옥사이드는 아릴-함유 디알킬 퍼옥사이드인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물은, 25℃ 내지 35℃에서 액체이거나 또는 액체와 고체의 혼합물이거나 또는 35℃ 이하의 용융점을 갖는 저융점 고체인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드는 방향족 고리에 부착된 적어도 하나의 이소프로페닐 기를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 것인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물은, 25℃ 내지 35℃에서 액체이거나 또는 액체와 고체의 혼합물이거나 또는 35℃ 이하의 용융점을 갖는 저융점 고체이고, 상기 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드는 1-(2-tert-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)-3-이소프로페닐벤젠을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 포화 유기 퍼옥사이드는 m/p-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)디이소프로필벤젠, t-부틸쿠밀 퍼옥사이드, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥산 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 자유 라디칼 트랩 화합물은 4-히드록시 TEMPO, 단일-tert-부틸 하이드로퀴논(MTBHQ) 및 HQMME(하이드로퀴논, 모노메틸에테르) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 자유 라디칼-반응성 단일-불포화 또는 다중-불포화 화합물은 알파-피넨, 베타-피넨, 유젠올, 리모넨, 자스몬산, 트리알릴 시아누레이트, 트리알릴 이소시아누레이트, 오렌지 오일 성분, 레몬 오일 성분, 자스민 오일 성분, 장미 오일, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물은, 25℃ 내지 35℃에서 액체이거나 또는 액체와 고체의 혼합물이거나 또는 35℃ 이하의 용융점을 갖는 저융점 고체이고, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 유기 퍼옥사이드는 1-(2-tert-부틸퍼옥시이소프로필)-3-이소프로페닐벤젠을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 포화 유기 퍼옥사이드는 m/p-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)디이소프로필-벤젠을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 자유 라디칼 트랩 화합물은 단일-tert-부틸 하이드로퀴논(MTBHQ)을 포함하고, 상기 적어도 하나의 단일-불포화 또는 다중-불포화 화합물은 트리알릴 시아누레이트를 포함하는 것인, 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제11항 및 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 유기 퍼옥사이드 조성물의 존재 하에서, 회전 몰딩 공정을 사용하여 중합체 또는 중합체 전구체를 가공하여 가교결합 중합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 가교결합 중합체의 형성 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합 중합체는 가교결합 폴리에틸렌인, 가교결합 중합체의 형성 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합 폴리에틸렌은 가교결합 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 가교결합 중간 밀도 폴리에틸렌(MDPE), 가교결합 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 가교결합 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LLDPE), 가교결합 폴리에틸렌 블렌드, 가교결합 폴리에틸렌 공중합체, 가교결합 폴리에틸렌 터폴리머 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인, 가교결합 중합체의 형성 방법.
