도 2는 도 1의 전극 조립체가 권취되기 전의 분해 사시도이다.
도 3 및 도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전극 탭 중 음극 탭에 대한 확대 평면도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 C 방향에서 바라본 정면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전극 탭 중 음극 탭에 대한 확대 평면도이다.
도 7은 도 6의 D 방향에서 바라본 정면도이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 열 확산 층을 포함하는 방열 테이프가 접착된 전극 탭과 열 확산 층이 포함되지 않은 테이프가 접착된 전극 탭간의 온도 구배를 비교한 실험 결과이다.

Claims (12)
- 음극 시트, 양극 시트 및 상기 음극 시트와 상기 양극 시트 사이에 개재된 분리막이 함께 권취된 젤리-롤형 전극 조립체에 있어서,
상기 음극 시트 또는 상기 양극 시트의 표면 중 활물질이 형성되지 않은 무지부에 부착되고, 적어도 일부분이 외부로 연장된 하나 이상의 전극 탭; 및
상기 전극 탭의 적어도 일부를 덮으면서, 상기 전극 탭과 상기 무지부에 접착되는 방열 테이프를 포함하고,
상기 방열 테이프가 접착된 상기 전극 탭은 권취된 상기 전극 조립체의 중심부와 외주면 사이, 또는 외주면 상에 위치하며,
상기 방열 테이프는 열 확산 층을 포함하고,
상기 열 확산 층은 그라파이트(Graphite) 및 금속 박(Metal Foil) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에서,
상기 그라파이트(Graphite)는 천연 그라파이트 및 인조 그라파이트 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에서,
상기 금속 박은 Cu 및 Al 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에서,
상기 방열 테이프의 접착 면적은 상기 전극 탭의 부착 면적보다 큰 전극 조립체. - 제4항에서,
상기 방열 테이프의 접착 면적에 해당하는 영역은 상기 전극 탭의 부착 면적에 해당하는 영역을 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제5항에서,
상기 방열 테이프는 접착층을 더 포함하고,
상기 접착층은 상기 전극 탭과 상기 열 확산 층 사이 및 상기 음극 시트 또는 양극 시트와 상기 열 확산 층 사이에 위치하는 전극 조립체. - 제5항에서,
상기 방열 테이프는 접착층을 더 포함하고,
상기 접착층은 상기 음극 시트 또는 양극 시트와 상기 열 확산 층 사이에 위치하며,
상기 전극 탭의 적어도 일부는 상기 열 확산 층과 접촉하는 전극 조립체. - 제1항에서,
상기 열 확산 층의 두께는 17μm 내지 1mm인 전극 조립체. - 제1항에서,
상기 방열 테이프는 접착층 및 기재층을 더 포함하고,
상기 열 확산 층은 상기 접착층과 상기 기재층 사이에 위치하는 전극 조립체. - 제9항에서,
상기 기재층은 폴리이미드(Polyimide) 및 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(Polyethylene terephthalate) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전극 조립체. - 제9항에서,
상기 접착층의 두께는 5μm 내지 25μm이고,
상기 기재층의 두께는 5μm 내지 25μm인 전극 조립체. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전극 조립체를 포함하는 이차 전지.
