Claims (5)
- 니켈-코발트-망간 복합 전구체 제조 시 발생하는 폐수 처리 방법으로서,
1) 니켈(Ni), 망간(Mn) 및 코발트(Co)를 포함하는 pH 10 이상의 폐수액에, 등유(케로신: kerosene)와 용매 Bis (2,4,4-trimethylpentyl) phosphinic acid를 혼합한 추출제를 투입한 후, 강산을 첨가하여 pH를 5 내지 7로 조절하는 단계; 및
2) 상기 1) 단계에서 제조된 폐수액을 수용액상과 유기상으로 분리하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 2) 단계에서 분리된 수용액에 대하여 상기 1) 단계 및 2) 단계를 반복하여, 상기 수용액상의 Ni의 함량이 3ppm 이하이고, Mn의 함량이 10ppm 이하가 되도록 하는 폐수 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
3) 상기 2) 단계에서 얻어진 유기상에 물을 추가한 후, 강산을 첨가하여 pH를 2 내지 4로 조절하는 단계; 및
4) 상기 3) 단계에서 제조된 용액을 수용액상과 유기상으로 분리하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 폐수 처리 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 4) 단계에서 분리된 유기상을 1) 단계의 폐수액으로 보내 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐수 처리 방법. - 삭제
- 니켈-코발트-망간 복합 전구체의 친환경 제조방법으로서,
1) 니켈(Ni), 망간(Mn) 및 코발트(Co)를 포함하는 pH 10 이상의 폐수액에, 등유(케로신: kerosene)와 용매 Bis (2,4,4-trimethylpentyl) phosphinic acid를 혼합한 추출제를 투입한 후, 강산을 첨가하여 pH를 5 내지 7로 조절하는 단계;
2) 상기 1) 단계에서 제조된 폐수액을 수용액상과 유기상으로 분리하는 단계;
3) 상기 2) 단계에서 얻어진 유기상에 물을 추가한 후, 강산을 첨가하여 pH를 2 내지 4로 조절하는 단계; 및
4) 상기 3) 단계에서 제조된 용액을 수용액상과 유기상으로 분리하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 4) 단계에서 분리된 수용액상에 황산 니켈, 황산 코발트, 황산 망간을 추가하여 니켈-코발트-망간 복합 전구체를 제조하는 니켈-코발트-망간 복합 전구체의 친환경 제조방법.
