Abstract

The present invention relates to a multipurpose both-handed lawn trimmer which is able to be conveniently moved in a direction of trimming lawn by holding the handle with both hands, and be used for various purposes by engaging various agricultural instruments. As such, according to the present invention, in a multipurpose both-handed lawn trimmer for trimming lawn by a cutting blade rotating by the driving of an electric motor, the multipurpose both-handed lawn trimmer comprises: a frame member including a handle frame having handles connected to both sides for gripping by both hands, and a support frame connected to a lower side of the handle frame and having driving wheels on both sides; an electric motor supported on the support frame of the frame member; an operation rod having a rotatable driving shaft having a spline on an outer end unit connected to rotate by the rotation force of the electric motor; a cutting blade separably engaged with the spline of the driving shaft protruding to an outer end unit of the operation rod, and cutting lawn; and a safety plate engaged with a lower side of the rotation shaft of the cutting blade and preventing stones and the like from scattering.
