Description
도 2는 일반적인 친환경 차량의 제동력 분배 형태의 일례를 나타낸다.
도 3은 일반적인 친환경 자동차에서 HDC 기능이 구현될 때 회생제동 적용에 의한 문제점을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예들에 적용될 수 있는 친환경 자동차의 파워트레인 구성을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량 구조의 일례를 나타내는 블럭도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 강판 제어 로직 모델의 일례를 나타낸다.

Claims (19)
- 강판 주행 보조 제어가 요청되는 경우, 강판 경사도를 인식하는 단계;
상기 인식된 강판 경사도를 기반으로 평균 경사도 및 경사 변동폭을 판단하는 단계;
상기 평균 경사도와 상기 경사 변동폭을 기반으로 모터와 유압 제동 시스템 중 주 제동원의 제1 제동력을 결정하는 단계;
상기 강판 주행 보조 제어에 대하여 설정된 목표 속도와 각 구동륜의 속도를 기반으로 상기 모터와 상기 유압 제동 시스템 중 보조 제동원의 제2 제동력을 상기 각 구동륜별로 결정하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 제동력 및 상기 제2 제동력이 상기 모터와 상기 유압 제동 시스템 중 대응되는 제동원에 의해 출력되는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 제1 제동력은,
상기 평균 경사도에 대응하는 제동력에서 상기 경사 변동폭에 대응하는 제어 마진을 차감한 값에 해당하는,
친환경 자동차의 강판 주행 보조 제어 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 모터가 차동기어를 통해 상기 각 구동륜에 연결된 경우,
상기 주 제동원은 상기 모터가 되고,
상기 보조 제동원은 상기 유압 제동 시스템이 되는, 친환경 자동차의 강판 주행 보조 제어 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 모터가 상기 각 구동륜에 각각 구비된 경우,
상기 주 제동원은 상기 유압 제동 시스템이 되고,
상기 보조 제동원은 상기 각 구동륜에 각각 구비된 모터가 되는, 친환경 자동차의 강판 주행 보조 제어 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 모터는 회생제동을 통해 상기 제1 제동력 및 상기 제2 제동력 중 어느 하나를 출력하는, 친환경 자동차의 강판 주행 보조 제어 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 강판 경사도를 인식하는 단계는,
상기 친환경 자동차에 구비된 네 바퀴의 평균 속도를 기반으로 휠 가속도를 구하는 단계; 및
가속도 센서 값에서 상기 휠 가속도를 차감한 값을 기반으로 상기 강판 경사도를 구하는 단계를 포함하는, 친환경 자동차의 강판 주행 보조 제어 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 평균 경사도 및 경사 변동폭을 판단하는 단계는,
소정 시간 길이의 무빙 윈도우 내에 존재하는 상기 강판 경사도의 평균으로 상기 평균 경사도를 구하는 단계; 및
상기 무빙 윈도우 내에서 상기 평균 경사도를 중심으로 일정 신뢰도의 강판 경사도 분포를 기반으로 상기 경사 변동폭을 구하는 단계를 포함하는, 친환경 자동차의 강판 주행 보조 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 제동력을 결정하는 단계는,
상기 목표 속도에서 상기 각 구동륜의 속도를 기반으로 구해지는 차륜별 선속도를 차감하여 속도 에러를 상기 각 구동륜별로 구하는 단계; 및
상기 속도 에러를 감소시키는 방향으로 상기 각 구동륜별로 상기 제2 제동력을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 친환경 자동차의 강판 주행 보조 제어 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 제동력은 피드 포워드 제어 형태로 결정되고,
상기 제2 제동력은 피드백 제어 형태로 결정되는, 친환경 자동차의 강판 주행 보조 제어 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제6항, 제8항 및 제9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 친환경 자동차의 강판 주행 보조 제어 방법을 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터 해독 가능 기록 매체.
- 강판 주행 보조 제어가 요청되는 경우, 강판 경사도를 인식하고, 상기 인식된 강판 경사도를 기반으로 평균 경사도 및 경사 변동폭을 판단하여, 상기 평균 경사도와 상기 경사 변동폭을 기반으로 모터와 유압 제동 시스템 중 주 제동원의 제1 제동력을 결정하고, 상기 강판 주행 보조 제어에 대하여 설정된 목표 속도와 각 구동륜의 속도를 기반으로 상기 모터와 상기 유압 제동 시스템 중 보조 제동원의 제2 제동력을 상기 각 구동륜별로 결정하는 제1 제어기;
상기 모터가 상기 제1 제동력 및 상기 제2 제동력 중 해당하는 어느 하나를 출력하도록 제어하는 제2 제어기; 및
상기 유압 제동 시스템이 상기 제1 제동력 및 상기 제2 제동력 중 해당하는 다른 하나를 출력하도록 제어하는 제3 제어기를 포함하며,
상기 제1 제동력은,
상기 평균 경사도에 대응하는 제동력에서 상기 경사 변동폭에 대응하는 제어 마진을 차감한 값에 해당하는,
친환경 자동차. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 모터가 차동기어를 통해 상기 각 구동륜에 연결된 경우,
상기 주 제동원은 상기 모터가 되고,
상기 보조 제동원은 상기 유압 제동 시스템이 되는, 친환경 자동차. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 모터가 상기 각 구동륜에 각각 구비된 경우,
상기 주 제동원은 상기 유압 제동 시스템이 되고,
상기 보조 제동원은 상기 각 구동륜에 각각 구비된 모터가 되는, 친환경 자동차. - 제11 항에 있어서,
