NGS 기반 HLA typing 방법과 SNP 정보 기반 HLA typing 방법의 정확도 비교를 위해, 장기이식코호트 참여자 중에서 상기 한국인칩 유전체정보 중 254명을 선별하여 실시예 3의 SNP 정보 기반 HLA typing 정보와 실제 HLA typing 정보와 비교하여 정확도 검증을 수행하였다.
