Claims (5)
- 전원을 공급하며, 수집 영상을 전달받아 전송하는 메인 디바이스;
상기 메인 디바이스로부터 공급되는 전원으로 구동하며, 생존율이 매우 낮은 종양의 클로린e6 광역학 치료를 위해, 클로린e6가 축적된 종양 부위에 405nm 파장의 청색광을 노출시켜, 적색의 형광을 발하는 영상을 수집하여, 수집 영상을 상기 메인 디바이스로 전달하며, 660nm 파장의 적색광을 암병변 부위에 조사하여 종양을 치료하도록 하는 내장형 광원장치; 및
상기 메인 디바이스로부터 전송되는 수집 영상을 모니터링해서 종양 병변을 실시간으로 보도록 하는 모니터링장치를 포함하며,
상기 내장형 광원장치는,
일측이 사용자가 손으로 잡을 수 있도록 형성되며, 촬영 영상을 수집하여 수집 영상을 상기 메인 디바이스로 전달하는 핸들 및 조작부;
상기 핸들 및 조작부 내에 형성되어, 상기 메인 디바이스로부터 전원을 공급받아 405nm 파장의 청색광을 발생시키는 진단용 광 발생부;
상기 핸들 및 조작부 내에 형성되어, 상기 메인 디바이스로부터 전원을 공급받아 660nm 파장의 적색광을 발생시키는 치료용 광 발생부;
상기 진단용 광 발생부에서 발생시킨 405nm 파장의 청색광을 운반하는 진단용 광 섬유부;
상기 치료용 광 발생부에서 발생시킨 660nm 파장의 적색광을 운반하는 치료용 광 섬유부;
일측이 상기 핸들 및 조작부의 다른 일측에 연결 형성되고, 내부에 상기 진단용 광 섬유부와 상기 치료용 광 섬유부를 형성하며, 상기 진단용 광 섬유부로부터 운반되는 405nm 파장의 청색광을 다른 일측을 통해 클로린e6가 축적된 종양 부위에 노출시켜 주며, 상기 치료용 광 섬유부로부터 운반되는 660nm 파장의 적색광을 다른 일측을 통해 암병변 부위에 조사하여 종양을 치료하도록 하는 프로브부; 및
상기 프로브부의 다른 일측에 형성되어, 클로린e6가 축적된 종양 부위에 적색의 형광을 발하는 영상을 촬영하여, 촬영 영상을 상기 핸들 및 조작부로 전달하는 카메라부를 구비하며,
상기 프로브부는,
상기 진단용 광 섬유부로부터 운반되는 405nm 파장의 청색광을 집광하여 클로린e6가 축적된 종양 부위에 노출시켜 주거나, 상기 치료용 광 섬유부로부터 운반되는 660nm 파장의 적색광을 집광하여 암병변 부위에 조사하여 종양을 치료하도록 하기 위한 투명 렌즈를 다른 일측에 구비하며,
상기 내장형 광원장치는,
상기 치료용 광 섬유부의 다른 일측에 고정 설치되고 상기 프로브부의 투명 렌즈와 연결 설치되어, 상기 투명 렌즈를 수평방향으로 슬라이드 이동시켜 상기 치료용 광 섬유부와의 거리를 조절해 주는 슬라이드 모터부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광역학 진단 치료 일체형 형광 복강경 시스템.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핸들 및 조작부는,
상기 치료용 광 발생부와 상기 진단용 광 발생부 사이를 기 설정된 거리를 두고 이격 형성하도록 구현한 설치틀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광역학 진단 치료 일체형 형광 복강경 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핸들 및 조작부는,
상기 진단용 광 발생부, 상기 치료용 광 발생부, 상기 카메라부의 작동을 조작하도록 하기 위한 조작수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광역학 진단 치료 일체형 형광 복강경 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진단용 광 발생부는,
405nm 파장을 가지는 진단용 레이저 LD 광 또는 진단용 LED 광을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광역학 진단 치료 일체형 형광 복강경 시스템.
