- 변속 제어기에서 운전자의 주행의지를 판단하여 하이브리드 제어기에 독립형 윤활조절밸브의 고착 진단을 요청하는 단계;
상기 변속제어기의 고착 진단 요청에 대하여 하이브리드 제어기에서 허가 여부를 결정하는 단계;
상기 하이브리드 제어기에서 고착 진단을 허가한 후, 엔진클러치에 클러치 접합을 위한 압력을 변속기 제어기에 지령하는 단계;
상기 변속기 제어기에서 엔진클러치에 접합을 위한 유압을 공급하는 전동식 오일펌프를 온 시킴과 함께 상기 하이브리드 제어기의 클러치 접합을 위한 압력 지령에 맞게 전동식 오일펌프의 작동 속도를 제어하는 단계;
상기 엔진클러치가 전동식 오일펌프로부터 제공되는 유압에 의하여 접합될 때의 엔진클러치 접합 압력을 엔진클러치 압력센서에서 측정하되, 상기 독립형 윤활조절밸브의 오프 상태에서의 엔진클러치 접합 압력(P1)과 온 시킨 상태에서의 엔진클러치 접합 압력(P2)를 측정하는 단계; 및
상기 변속기 제어기에서 엔진클러치 접합 압력(P1)과 엔진클러치 접합 압력(P2) 간의 압력 차이(ΔP)를 기반으로, 상기 독립형 윤활조절밸브의 고착 유무를 판정하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 윤활조절밸브 고착 진단 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변속 제어기는 브레이크 페달 스트로크 오프 신호와, P단 신호와, 현재 차속= 0, 엔진 속도= 0, 모터 속도= 0 인 신호를 수신하면 운전자의 주행의지가 없는 것으로 판단하여, 하이브리드 제어기에 독립형 윤활조절밸브에 대한 고착 진단을 요청하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 윤활조절밸브 고착 진단 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변속 제어기는 고착 진단이 가능한 정상 상태이고, 차량의 일 구동 사이클 동안 고착 진단이 없는 경우에 하이브리드 제어기에 독립형 윤활조절밸브에 대한 고착 진단을 요청하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 윤활조절밸브 고착 진단 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하이브리드 제어기는 엔진클러치의 학습 작동 여부 및 엔진클러치 압력센서의 정상 유무를 확인한 후, 엔진클러치 미학습 조건 및 엔진클러치 압력센서 정상 조건에서 독립형 윤활조절밸브에 대한 고착 진단을 허가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 윤활조절밸브 고착 진단 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 독립형 윤활조절밸브의 고착 유무를 판정하는 단계에서, 상기 압력 차이(ΔP)가 기준값 이상이면, 변속기 제어기는 독립형 윤활조절밸브의 온/오프 동작이 정상적으로 이루어진 것으로 판정하여 차량 계기판을 통하여 독립형 윤활조절밸브가 정상 상태임을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 윤활조절밸브 고착 진단 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 독립형 윤활조절밸브의 고착 유무를 판정하는 단계에서, 상기 압력 차이(ΔP)가 기준값 미만이면, 변속기 제어기는 독립형 윤활조절밸브가 고착된 상태로 판정하여 차량 계기판을 통하여 독립형 윤활조절밸브가 고장 상태임을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 윤활조절밸브 고착 진단 방법.
