을 구비하고,
상기 감압 센서는,
센싱부를 가지는 정전 용량식의 센서 전극부와,
레퍼런스 전극층과,
상기 레퍼런스 전극층과 상기 센서 전극부의 사이에 설치된 제2 변형층,
을 구비하고,
상기 제1 변형층 및 상기 제2 변형층이, 이하의 식(1) 내지 (3) 중 적어도 1개의 관계를 만족하는, 전자기기.
