Claims (9)
- 일정거리 이격되어 나란하게 구비되는 제1헤더탱크(110) 및 제2헤더탱크(120);
상기 제1 헤더탱크 및 제2헤더탱크(120)에 양단이 고정되며, 내부에 열교환매체가 유동되는 튜브(200);
상기 튜브(200) 사이에 개재되는 핀(300); 및
상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 제2헤더탱크(120)의 외주면 일정영역을 감싸며 결합되되,
국소적으로 외력이 가해진 영역이 상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 제2헤더탱크(120)와 함께 돌출되며 결합되는 브라켓(400)을 포함하고,
상기 브라켓(400)은
상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 제2헤더탱크(120)의 외주면 일정영역을 감싸는 접촉결합부(410); 및
상기 접촉결합부(410)는 소정의 곡률을 갖도록 구부러져 형성되고, 일부 영역이 편평한 편평부(430)를 포함하며,
상기 접촉결합부(410)의 일부 영역에 외측 방향으로 연장 형성되어 열교환기(1)와 이웃한 별도의 부품에 결합되는 부품결합부(420);을 포함하고,
상기 편평부(430)는
상기 접촉결합부(410)의 나머지 영역보다 두께가 더 두껍게 형성되며,
상기 브라켓(400)이 결합된 상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 제2헤더탱크(120)의 내측에서 외측 방향으로 상기 편평부(430)에 외력이 가해져,
상기 편평부(430)가 상기 브라켓(400) 측으로 돌출된 돌출결합부(440)를 포함하고,
상기 편평부(430)에서 돌출결합부(440)가 형성된 외측은 편평하게 형성되며,
상기 편평부(430)에서 상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 상기 제2헤더탱크(120)의 외주면 일정영역을 감싸고 있는 내측은 곡률을 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 돌출결합부(440)는
상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 제2헤더탱크(120)가 브라켓(400) 측으로 돌출된 영역의 외측 가장자리에 역구배(450)가 형성되어 상기 편평부(430)의 돌출된 영역 내부에 결합 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 6항에 의한 열교환기의 브라켓 결합 방법에 있어서,
상기 브라켓(400)이, 상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 제2헤더탱크(120)에 결합될 부위에 배치되는 브라켓 정렬단계(S100);
상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 제2헤더탱크(120)의 내측면 중 상기 편평부(430)와 결합되는 영역에 펀치(500)가 배치되고, 상기 펀치(500)에 대응되는 위치의 편평부(430) 외측면에 다이(600)가 배치되는 펀치 정렬단계(S200);
상기 펀치(500)가 상기 브라켓(400) 측으로 외력을 가하여, 상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 제2헤더탱크(120)와, 상기 편평부(430)가 상기 다이(600) 내측으로 밀어 넣어지는 가압 단계(S300); 및
상기 펀치(500) 및 다이(600)를 분리시키는 해체 단계(S400); 을 포함하는 열교환기의 브라켓 결합 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 다이(600)는
내측 가장자리 영역이 가운데 영역보다 더 깊이 함입 형성되는 공동부(610)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 브라켓 결합 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 열교환기의 브라켓 결합 방법은
상기 해체 단계(S400) 이후 브레이징 공정이 수행되어,
상기 브라켓(400)이, 상기 제1헤더탱크(110) 또는 제2헤더탱크(120)에 브레이징 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기의 브라켓 결합 방법.
