도 2는 본 발명에서 사용되는 무광보호필름의 구조를 보인 예시적인 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 무광보호필름과 데코시트를 합지하는 공정도이다.

Claims (3)
- 데코시트(100)를 준비한 다음 끝단을 풀면서 열롤러를 거쳐 이동시키는 제1단계; 보호필름(200)을 준비한 다음 끝단을 풀어 데코시트(100)의 상면에 점착시킨 후 열롤러를 거쳐 합지시키는 제2단계; 제2단계를 거친 보호필름(200)이 합지된 데코시트(100)를 냉각시킨 다음 롤 형태로 권취하는 제3단계;를 포함하는 무광보호필름을 구비한 데코시트 제조방법에 있어서;
상기 제2단계에서 사용되는 보호필름(200)은 LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene)를 원료로 하는 기재(210) 조성과정; 무광특성을 갖는 점착제를 조성하는 점착제(220) 조성과정; 상기 기재(210)와 점착제(220)를 공압출하여 하나의 필름을 만드는 단일 필름 제조과정;을 거쳐 만들어지되,
상기 기재(210) 조성과정에서 상기 LDPE 100중량부에 대해, CsSnO 나노분말 4.5중량부, 질산리튬 2.5중량부를 더 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 무광보호필름을 구비한 데코시트 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 점착제(220) 조성과정은 핫멜트 40-50중량%, EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer)수지 30-40중량% 및 나머지 돌가루로 조성되는 과정인 것을 특징으로 하는 무광보호필름을 구비한 데코시트 제조방법.
