Claims (12)
- 광분해성 캡슐(1); 및 상기 광분해성 캡슐로 둘러싸인 공간에 포함된 비료(2)를 포함하고,
상기 광분해성 캡슐(1)은 폴리올레핀 및 에틸렌비닐아세테이트를 포함하는 고분자, 지방산 오일 및 광촉매를 포함하며,
상기 광분해성 캡슐 중에 상기 지방산 오일에 의해 둘러싸인 광촉매가 분산되어 있으며,
상기 지방산 오일은 팜유, 대두유, 올리브유, 옥수수유, 포도씨유, 코코넛 오일, 버터, 라드, 생선유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,
상기 지방산 오일에 의해 둘러싸인 광촉매의 분산 입도가 5 내지 1200 nm인,
용출제어형 비료. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀은 고밀도 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 폴리부텐, 부텐-에틸렌 공중합체 및 부텐-프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인, 용출제어형 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 및 에틸렌비닐아세테이트를 포함하는 고분자는 전체 광분해성 캡슐 100 중량부 대비 15 내지 80 중량부인 것인, 용출제어형 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 지방산 오일은 광촉매 100 중량부에 대해 0.01 내지 10 중량부인 것인, 용출제어형 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 광촉매는 이산화티탄(TiO2), 산화아연(ZnO), 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것인, 용출제어형 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광촉매는 5 내지 50 nm의 입경을 갖는 것인, 용출제어형 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광촉매는 전체 광분해성 캡슐 100 중량부 대비 0.01 내지 10 중량부로 포함되는 것인, 용출제어형 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광분해성 캡슐 중, 상기 오일 중의 지방산기가 상기 광촉매를 둘러싸고 있는 형태인 것인, 용출제어형 비료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광분해성 캡슐은 필러를 더 포함하는 것인, 용출제어형 비료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 필러는 탈크, 벤토나이트, 황토, 규조토, 실리카, 알루미노실리케이트, 카올라이트, 전분, 및 카본으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것인, 용출제어형 비료.
- 삭제
- i) 팜유, 대두유, 올리브유, 옥수수유, 포도씨유, 코코넛 오일, 버터, 라드, 생선유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 지방산 오일이 첨가된 유기용매에 광촉매를 분산시켜 광촉매 분산액을 제조하는 단계;
ii) 폴리올레핀 및 에틸렌비닐아세테이트를 포함하는 고분자, 및 상기 단계 i)에서 제조된 광촉매 분산액을 포함하는 광분해성 캡슐용 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및
iii) 상기 단계 ii)에서 제조된 광분해성 캡슐용 조성물로 입상 비료 코어의 표면을 피복하는 단계를 포함하는,
제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 용출제어형 비료의 제조방법.
