카페인추출물 40~10중량%, 모발촉진추출물 35~45중량%, 피부자극완화추출물 10~17중량%, 피부재생추출물 15~23중량%가 혼합되어 이루어진 혼합영양추출물 100중량%에 대하여 상기 혼합영양추출물을 10~50 나노 크기로 리포좀화한 후 산도가 pH 5.5~6.5 범위이고 총 중량 중 2.0~5.0중량%의 유화제로 코팅된 탈모방지 조성물을 모낭속에 넣으면 모낭속 단백질과 약 산성의 유화제가 반응하여 점도가 1,200~4,400cps 범위인 젤형화된 반응물을 생성하게 되어 상기 젤형화된 반응물이 모발을 잡아주게 됨으로 탈모가 방지되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 모낭 속 단백질을 이용한 탈모방지방법.
